Customers are pleased with the sound quality and keyboard responsiveness of the Blade Pro 17.3" laptop. However, a significant concern among users is the device's tendency to overheat, especially during gaming or extended use. Some users reported needing a cooling pad to maintain comfortable operating temperatures. The high temperatures were described as a major drawback by several customers.
I usually don’t do reviews, but this product’s flaws made me decided on making the review. The Pro: Weight: the device is much less heavy than other gaming laptops in the market with this specs. Looks: The device is beautiful, and the screen is amazing Keyboard: the keyboard is very responsive and I like the way it feels when typing. Processor: the device is really fast and can handle multitasking with no problem The Big Cons I’m going to talk from experience, as a review should be, take in consideration this is my second device since I had to return the 1st one because it had a heat problem where the devices halt and restarted. The Wi-Fi: the killer card is really bad, at least on this device, if you want it to work, uninstall the killer app and just let the base drivers install. The tremendous Heat: in normal use, the device gets heated more than other laptops, my ASUS G752VY, during gaming, the heat is incredible and you can’t use it without a cool pad to help. The head can cause the Wi-Fi to stop working properly from time to time. The noise: while in the day to day use, is really quiet; but during gaming, even with the fans turn down, the fan noise is really high, you can hear it out of the room.

I don't know if it is just my unit but a couple of the keys either have moments they will not type or will type a character more than once but I can correct the mistakes and the feel of the keyboard is really nice...and for some reason once in a while I try to turn the computer on it does not turn on right away and I wonder whether it has died...and I can't have any peripheherals plugged in when I boot or there is an error...but otherwise I really love this laptop...there aren't many laptops with the mousepad to the right of the keyboard...if it is not I always hit the keypad with my wrist and lose my mouse position at unfortunate moments. For this reason this is the best laptop for me if I do not want to always use an external keyboard. The display and everything else is nice. I used this for development for a while and it worked really well.

I looked forwards to this laptop, but as soon as I turned this computer on, it immediately started getting hot. I understand that this laptop will run hot but either my razer pro was either defective or this laptop just runs hot. By the way, I did not install any software or games because it got hot while I was trying to set it up, I installed google chrome and had one tab running, and it got hot. I bought this computer for video editing and photoshop purpose mostly because of the speed, and the screen is 100% Adobe RGB. And I was going to use this on my lap and not a desk, so due to the extreme heat, I could not use it for more than 10 minutes. I would like to think that my computer was defective but I don't know for sure.
