Q: Is this only for concrete/street or will it function as well on grass?
A: It's probably best on an asphalt street or a concrete sidewalk or driveway. I really don't think it will work on the grass. I just bought one and I don't think it's suitable for grass.
Q: Does this have swivel wheels or studs on the front corners? And what’s the weight limit?
A: This cart goes straight and the turning is more of a swivel rather than a real turn. With the handle on the side, you pull that up and you go into a spin. My grandson is 11 and about a hundred pounds, it may be just a little small for him but he can still drive it. LOL, I wrode on it and it moved me around just fine. But again as you probably know it's really just for kids. I really think it's a well-built machine and it's a Razor, very good brand.
