This is an amazing laser printer for home. For ages I have been resisting purchase of a printer, after my bad experience with ink jet printers. Their inks dry out faster than I print, and the moment one of the colors is gone, the whole printer is useless, even black printing. Laser printer was always one of my dreams, but I thought I would never be able to afford it, and to afford its maintenance. So this printer made my dreams come true. It is small, affordable and easy to use. What I also love, is the ability to easily replace the toner or the drum. Some laser printers need professional service to replace drum. So far it serves me well, and I do not have to worry about inks drying out. And it has double sided printing - another feature not always available in such cheap models!

Its an excellent printer, have great quality an its unexpensive

good for family use, cuz I used to print in the UPS store with charging computer use fees. Now I can print at home. BTW, laser printer can save the ink.

Relatively small footprint, quiet operation. Brother printers are workhorses. I have 5 of them in my office.

The printer is easy to install and works perfectly. I love it very much!

It is a basic laser printer for whoever looking forward to have one. I was looking for this for a very long time, because I'm student and I need to print a lot of thing on a daily basis. The advantage of having this printer over inkjet one is the cost of toner comparing to cartridge.

This is my second one of this printer. I like having two different papers available and it was much cheaper to buy two of these rather than one with dual paper feed capability. I have no need for anything other than printing (no scanning or copying) from these printers. I've had the first one for a couple of months and am really happy with it.

Needed an upgrade from my current ink-jet printer - and this was available at a great price - and it works GREAT! Print quality is superb - prints fast - I love the duplex print ability. So far, it works as well as the printers I use at my work office. Recommend it highly.

I have 4 inkjet printers from the last 10 years and they are all in a state of dis-repair.The price of ink or the cost to fix them is crazy.This printer was working 5 minutes out of the box and will be just for correspondence,all my photos will be put on a flashstick and brought to a store and cost like a dime to print.Easy and so far reliable.

Love this printer. Small, fast, duplexes. Good driver support in Windows, I have always had good luck with Brother printers.

There is no option for color printing, but if B&W is oka for you then this is the printer to have. Ditch the inkjet, lasers where its at.
