This camera has a nice zoom and it also has a nice resolution. I would recommend this camera for casual usages. Overall thiss camera is awesome.

The picture quality is good. I just don't like how it's connected to my laptop. I don't believe to setup is firm enough

A great web camera that has great quality compared to other cameras over chat. The mic is decent, but could be improved compared to others. The camera more than makes up for the mic though.

This is a real step up from the basic web cams, even the good c920. This handles difficult lighting situations much better than lower models. Plus, the microphones provide crisp audio while rejecting a lot of noise.

It is a top-notch camera if you want your colleagues love video meetings with you. I use it every day. forget nonsense embedded cheap facetime HD. This camera also has a fantastic microphone and I always use it.

Does a great job recording in high quality... doesn't have video:sound lag like some other 4K cameras

This is a superior product. I can use it in low light at night. I can use it with sunlight coming in from the window. The quality of the picture is superior. Note; you do need bandwidth as you are streaming just more data.

I bought this for the Windows Hello compatibility and the 4K upgrade from my old 1080p. The WIndows Hello biometric sign in works great! Game changer for me as I use a work laptop that makes me sign in constantly. The camera function worked great right out of the box - plug and play with no issues. However, to get my laptop to use an external camera for the IR/biometric facial recognition rather than the built in camera on my laptop (that is under the closed lid), I had to disable the built in IR camera in Device Manager. A simple right click and "disable" fixed the issue and now the system defaults to my new 4K Pro for the facial recognition. It is great! I will have to remember to re-enable the built in whenever I use my laptop away from my 4K Pro.

This is a top of the line webcam with amazing picture clarity. I started researching webcams at the beginning of the pandemic last year and decided this was the one for me. Problem was they were out of stock most of the spring and summer. Kept trying for months until it was available for pick up in my local store. The wait was worth it. The picture looks great even in dim light and the versatility of multiple picture widths is great. I usually set up my preferred view prior to joining Zoom/Skype/Teams calls and the settings carry over to the application w/no problems. I constantly get comments on how clear my picture looks and questions on my set up. It has a lot of features other webcams don't have. Take the time to read the manual for all the options.
