This printer does all the functions I need. It takes quite awhile before you have to replace the ink. The setup was very easy as well as the connections needed. The ink replacement is easy and HP ink is the best in my opinion. The warranty is excellent and the Best Buy associate was very helpful.

I'm replacing a HP Envy with this printer, and I decided to stick with HP because the Envy has been great, and I actually like the HP ink subscription. It works for us. I needed something with a document feeder that can do double sided scanning and copying, and this fit the bill. It's a great AIO printer for the home office environment. I would step up to something more if you need it for a small office or larger though.

My old HP printer wouldn't print out color from my laptop, but would on my phone and as a college student in biology classes, I need a crap to of stuff to print out in color so I got this newer model. I was completely blown away at my upgrade from the fancy touch-screen to the faster printing of my papers. Scanning stuff has the option of reviewing what it would look like before printing which I thought it was pretty cool. So far, so good, will update if stuff starts to get wonky, not the first HP that suddenly goes weird that I've owned.

Excellent print quality for documents and PDF files. Very fast! Very easy to set up. Have not tried printing photos yet.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e wireless printer was quick to set up and configure with laptops, tablets, and cell phones. The HP software has improved significantly over the prior HP all-in-one printer and the larger ink cartridges are definitely a PLUS. Initially, I was looking at the next larger printer. The Best Buy associate discussed the differences of the larger printer, faster throughput and a larger input tray. With the knowledge of the Associate, I was able to select the 9015e without paying for unneeded capability. Satisfied customer

Operates as advertised, prints good color pictures on HP Photo paper, is as fast as other color printers. Easy to operate.

The instructions for loading the ink cartridges were not concise. The illustration was unclear about lifting ( & how to lift the second screen, unclear.) to easily access the cartridges. Also, now that I have run the printer, the copies are excellent & quickly completed. However, the clunking & other unusual sounds coming from the printer as it begins the orders was of some concern to me. I assume the noisy sounds are normal? Again, the instructions need improvement.
