Mine goes offline randomly and has trouble shutting down. If I had bought this for my elderly parents, I would hate it because they would probably be calling me help.

In fact, if I had more time, I would have gone back across the parking lot to buy the same printer at the same price from a FRIENDLY and knowledgeable sales person at the same price, but live 2 hrs away and was i town for a doctor appointment so short on time. Otherwise Best Buy wold have not had my business.
