I timed a print job of a two-sided 18 page file at just under 2 minutes. It’s much faster than an inkjet. I would have given 5 stars if it scanned 2-sided documents on both sides via the top feeder. The hp all-in-one inkjet printer I replaced does this so I was disappointed this much more expensive printer doesn’t.

I use this printer at least twice a week for moderate levels of printing (around 40 sheets of paper per week) and this thing has been a lifesaver for my home office.

Great reliable printer with very easy setup process. Literally pull out of the box and plug in; everything beyond that is quite simple with a WiFi connection and the HP app

Print quality is really good but the unit is a little slow and noisy

Absolutely the best printer I have ever bought. works amazing, I can print from my phone, my computer and my laptop when I am not at home. Again, this is the BEST printer I have ever bought, and it was well worth the money.

Going to laser for home makes sense. Simply put toner is powder and doesn't dry out... I don't print much but when I do I know know my printer is going to work. My only beef is HP's odd install of drivers and printer software. I honestly don't care about how "plused" their interface is. Id rather it be simple and straight forward. So for that I drop it one star, but for a toner printer, and for everything else you need this is an amazing value.

Easy to setup and fast for printing one side and double sided, okay o the scanning parts from the computer

I love this printer! The quality is great. I especially love being able to print directly from my phone, even if I’m not home. The navigation screen is very easy to use. The scanner is perfect. It’s exactly as described. Really the best printer I’ve ever had.

We purchased this one to replace a similar printer that was over 8 years old and starting to jam sometimes. This one has slightly less "customizability" than the previous one; however, it has full duplex capability and a more intuitive setup and control panel. That said, the initial set-up on my iMac was slightly awkward. Since then it has performed great. I'm alway pleased with HP's printers and this one is no exception.

I just had to replace my printer after 20 years. I could not be more delighted with the replacement! Fast, easy, set up, fast printing, great capabilities!

We print about 20 to 30 documents a week. No problems so far. Our old Epson injet used to print the wrong colors and leave globs of ink no matter how many cleaning cycles we ran. I was told it could have been due to periods of low use. I gave up trying to clean it and bought this Laserjet. Hopefully this one will be more reliable.

This printer was so easy to set up and use. The menu is also quite easy to navigate, so you have to love that. I have another similar printer so that is why I chose this one.

Uses WPA2 sevurity not WPA3, but works great. Only drawback is you have to sign up for a free HP account to use app functions such as scanning to the computer. Other than that, you can make copies directly on printer or print directly from mobile device. I have it connected physically to a mesh network so i can print from any of my networks.

I just like HP printers. I had a HP 8600 all in one for years. I decided to upgrade to a newer printer, I am glad I did. It prints so fast and it is so quite. The color pictures it produces is very good. The only down side I see with this printer is the ink . It is real expensive, but I will have to say, it is really good on ink so far. Glad I made the purchase.

I have an HP b/w laser for 3 years and decided to finally give up on inkjet printers. No more clogged printer heads and expensive ink. This color laser connects to my wi-fi flawlessly and all devices (Macs, iPhones, iPads, and PC) can print to it. Print quality is what anyone would expect from a laser printer. My scanner software (Vuescan) was able to find the printer and know it has a scanner.

This printer is everything I was looking for and hoping it would be. It prints clear and crisp in both black and white and color modes. This model also features two-sided scanning and printing. I got tired of inkjet printers - having to buy expensive ink all the time and having the print nozzles eventually leak or break or wear out - 100 percent guaranteed within 3 or 4 years max. So now I have this laser jet and it is wonderful. It is not perfect. Here are some shortcomings: * takes a minute to warm up * there will be an odor when the toner first heats up * the print speed is good but not fast * one paper tray * the touch display itself and its font and icons are a bit small But this machine is a good value if you get it on sale. It really is a mini-professional printer/copier like you see in a business setting. Plus it looks and feels well built - a bit heavy but you can tell it is solid.
