Holds over 900 gigs of games just like it promises, you can hot swap it, and you can easily transport your games to other Series S|X consoles. If you can get by for a while it's probably worth waiting for the price to come down. If you need it now though it's works wonderfully just hard to swallow $220 for storage.

There is no discernable different between the speed on this hard drive and the internal hard drive.

Capacity needs are there but the price is steep

Would like to see some competition in this area as currently this is the only choice and based on that the price will remain high. I believe this is gen 3 PCIe which means the price for 1TB at time of purchase was certainly on the high side ($220).

It is super easy to install and super fast to copy games on it.

Zippy Little Drive

They transfer files back and forth faster than my computer. Feels like a turbo-charged M.2 drive. Expensive right now, but I am not disappointed with the purchase.

Just plug-in use it's that easy no unscrewing anything no heat sink to worry about. (looking at you PS5) Also, it's a very fast SSD-NVMe.
