This adapter allowed me to connect double monitors to my new computer and it all works great!

Instead of getting a cord that my friend needed to go from the monitor to her laptop, I felt it was better just to get her an adapter that he was able to use and other places as well. The party short but again it’s an adapter she said no problems with it since I’ve given it to her.

simple design. works as described. Great for a work environment when not all the monitor provided match the hardware you have.

I had a problem with 2 competitors products. Replaced them with the best buy essentials adapter and the problem vanished. Excellent product.

Opened up the package for my HP ProDesk computer (also from Best Buy) and was surprised to find it had no HDMI port for the display -- only choice of VGA or DisplayPort (HP proprietary). No problem -- back to BB for this simple adapter, easy plug in to the DisplayPort on the computer on one end, standard HDMI cable on the other. Perfect.

Easy to use and helped hook up multiple monitors for virtual teaching. Good price. Quality part.

Does the job! East plug and play. Havd one for a little over 3 years now and bought a second one for my partner for their setup. Great price and gotten a lot of use out of them. Wish it was a bit longer, but overall a great product.

"BestBuy essentials" cable was the "essential price" this go round. Needed a quick, VALUE priced, display port to HDMI adapter for a church. they had an older HP system with no HDMI ports, and needed to connect to a large TV. The system has two display ports, but the people at the church did not know that they could use them. (its actually a VERY frequent need for my customers). This was such a good deal, and works well.

Works great and easy to use. It doesn't say what quality it allows like some I found on Amazon but I didn't have to wait for shipping. And since I mostly use it for normal computer use and not gaming, it works great with very good quality. Was surprised at the quality when playing a movie on my computer to tv screen. Thanks for have one in store!

My PC only has one HDMI port, and this is the next best thing if you don't want to install more ports! I'm able to run a second monitor without any lag! I originally used the DVI port for my old second monitor and I had so much lag, but this completely eliminates it! Really great price too!

Best Buy essentials™ - DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter - Black I used this adapter to connect another HDMI monitor to my current computer through a display port. The monitor displayed as soon as it was connected. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it displayed and did not have to do anything else, but connect it. I totally recommend it.

The computer monitors we inherited in Hawaii, needed this HDMI adapter to help us to display our work we were doing remotely. This product was affordable, and consistent with other Best Buy products we have purchased, was good quality.

Simple to setup and use while being relatively cheap compared to similar adapters. It's great to keep around if you have a laptop that has a full size display port and have to connect it to TVs for presentations etc., but the max 1080p resolution may limit its usefulness in a desktop environment where many displays being used these days exceed the 1080p resolution.
