Good printer for price. Nice crisp clear copies. Easy to setup and use.

This printer is about the same as the cheaper ones I purchased previously. It was difficult to install. I had to have help. It does print quickly and has good print quality.

Better then I expected works great worth the price

Nice simple printer. Needed a cheap printer for the occasional printing job. Scanner for occasional need. Set up was quick. Printing wirelessly with 15 minutes. No issues.

This printer is great. The color on photos is excellent and the printer is so easy to use. I often have 4 or more pages to print and they stack neatly on the tray. My original printer I had to catch each sheet as it was printed. The member of the Geek Squad who came to set it up to print made sure I understood how to use the printer.

I found it simple enough to attach the printer to my Mac but trying to attach it to my wife's HP after was very difficult and cumbersome. As my wife's HP is the dominant computer for all things printing I left the decision to accept the free 6 months ink to her. Unfortunately she had issues with her new HP and did not try to to accept the ink plan after the 7 day window that I nor she saw until later. The 7 day window should be more prominent for new customers so now we are very disappointed. For that reason I gave the overall rating a "fair" rating.

I was looking to replace an older HP that has served me for many years, but the heads aren't aligning correctly anymore. This HP seemed very flimsy in comparison. Instead of a dedicated paper drawer, there is a shute that pops out of the back to hold the paper. It felt easily breakable and also the paper would get dusty. Also, only two cartridges (black and color) instead of separate red/yellow/blue color cartridges, which I felt would result in more cartridges as if you used up a lot of blue, you would have to replace the entire cartridge instead of just blue as I do now. Not a good investment for me, as I print a lot of stuff. Returned and will continue to look for a better value.

I have not used it a lot but what little I have used it has been great, Prints quickly and nicely. I am not sure what I am missing but I have not located any paperwork that informs me on how i get the 3 months of instant ink and I am running low

Easy to set up and connect to the internet. Excellent print.

The HP printer is great, however I am not a fan of instant ink. If the printer is not connected to the internet you can't print. Due to this process I missed a dead line. HP needs a better solution for this issue.

Its a nice printer, clear images for my silhouette 4 Just wish it also had a scan option

It prints and scans fine, but I have to unplug the power cord and plug it back in, then wait for it to boot up every time I want to print something because it’s impossible to wake up from its sleep mode. This totally defeats the purpose of having a wifi connected printer.

Tried everything but it would not connect to my Wi-Fi or Bluetooth like all my other devices. I just gave up and used a USB cable to connect to my HP PC. Works just fine as a printer directly connected to the computer, and I don't get any reminders from HP about buying ink.
