Easy to set up, looks great and very user friendly. Printing is beautiful and professional. Fits right in our small space. Very happy with our purchase. A++++++++++

Printer is not network friendly. Should have Ethernet option in addition to wireless. Wireless connection drops desktop connections frequently. Difficult to turn off. Limited use lcd display.

Just when COVID hit I needed to change my printer but the prices were too high. This printer can scan print and I happy it has a feeder which makes it much simpler -great value for your money and it is a great size!

Utter trash and I hate it. If it’s connected and working it prints terribly. Now it’s printing faded and skipping whole sections of the page even with brand new hp ink cartridges. No amount of aligning/resetting will work. It’s been a headache since I got it and I wish I returned it from the day I got it instead of trying to make it work. It is not worth buying.

This works very well for what I expected it to do. Sometimes have a hard time with multiple feed copies. Also thought it would do two sided copies.

The setup was very simple and easy. It works just as expected and as i needed it to. Excellent product and i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new printer!!

Not a bad product, especially if you opt in for the 6 months of free ink from HP, even in the event of not using all of the ink immediately. This product easily connected to our Wi-Fi. The only thing we didnt get right away was the paper guide had been interfering with the feeding causing paper to go in lop sided.

So far it has been good for me using this printer. simple quick and easy. my kind of printer.

It seems to be working fine now, but it was a real beast to get it connected and set-up... not a user friendly process. Having the Geek Squad come to my house to do this was the best. Using your phone service and online agent was not at all helpful and delayed the whole connection process.

My experience was that as I went through the checkout the customer service individuals really good they took the time to talk with me because I needed to make a payment and I need to figure out what I needed to do to present the required information the person was very good and took their time.

the printer works great have no problems great color and black and white gets my jobs done right.

Printer was delivered in time. Prints clearly and i like it because it has a wifi connection and i can print directly from my phone

I love it!! I’ve printed out so many pictures and did so much work by printing and mailing it.

Its been difficult to set up. Bought it for 3 of us to use when at work. We really needed tye copy and scan functions. Have had it a couple weeks and none of us have been able to set it up.

Love this printer so far! We’ve had it about a month. Super easy to set up on our phones. If your computer is older you’ll have issues setting it up. We just use a cable to print from the computer.

This is also our second generation of a model'in HP 3 in 1 printers. We have been happy in the past, so when I bought my new laptop, it made sense to update our printer as well. The HP 3 in 1 was the obvious choice.

Great price and value. Was looking for a printer for minimal use and this was perfect

Not very reliable. Connectivity issues Scanning multiple pages sometimes the pages show up out of order or upside down. Good if you need to print one or two pages every once in a while

It worked fine for awhile then developed a mind of its own. Starting printing unexpectedly. Scanner and fax stopped working. Other than that it was good for a student or just general use not for a remote worker in my opinion.
