Epson Eco-tank Printer

The printer ink lasts so much longer than traditional ink. Set up is pretty straight forward and easy to operate through a smart phone.

As you can imagine that is a lot of printing. But what really sold me was the fact that he still had the printer 4 years later. So I decided to give it a shot. And so far so good. It performs as advertised. My house is all apple devices and AirPrint seems to work well.

I have to position it sideways and cannot rest the messages without literally pulling it out. I do like the ink solution and won’t have to buy cartridges. I am happy with print jobs but frustrated that design is not convenient for my space.

First time ever loving a printer

Frustrating setup

None was able to find the printer. Instructions don't tell you that you have to get the "Epson iprint" phone app before the phone can find the printer. I had to call Epson support 7 times, regarding my failed MacBook connection. They helped me establish the wireless connection with the printer, but the next time I tried to print, the Mac couldn't find the printer, again, even though it was showing as my 'default printer.' Finally, they had me "remove" the printer and re-install it, in order for the Mac to be able to find it. (Epson support is in India, so understanding them often required me to ask them to repeat their instructions.). Very frustrating.
