Pretty upset with this purchase to say the least!

When i when to connect it i found out i needed a separate C wire power adapter within the app while connecting it. Then after ordering the adapter upon further installation finding out my hvac has no c wire terminal! Totally upset with this purchase!

However, the directions for self install can be confusing, especially if your home doesn't have the blue wire at your thermostat.
