Then it wouldn't adjust to the set temperature unless l reset through the circuit breaker, often!

Every time I’ve needed to call, it confuses everyone that I didn’t purchase it through Amazon and get transferred over and over. I’ve been hung up on several times I’m guessing because they don’t know what department to send me to. If you are able to get the correct department, they will help but the headache is definitely not worth it.

Does not provide a clear picture of how to install when it comes to wiring. Does not operate as intended. Will not maintain set temperature setting.
