Works great with Alexa, easy to program. Took a little research to get the wiring all lined up but I had it installed and learned about HVAC all within an hour

I bought this because of the price and good reviews. The installation was a breeze, Do not let the number of wires intimidate you, go step by step, instructions and YouTube videos make this super easy for someone with zero knowledge on thermostats. Operation was even easier with the Alexa app helping you to every step of the way. The device’s performance is even better than my previous thermostat, keeping the home comfortable and doing so with more efficiency. I am more than pleased with the cost, installation and the controls, again the app and Alexa integration make this child’s play.

Easy installation. Not all of the features of the Nest, but half the price. All in all, a solid purchase, especially is you are locked into the Amazon ecosystem.

Still learning about this but it works well with the echo dots that also have temperature control so you can see what the temperature is in each spot or get an average of the temperature of all those devices.

Nice clean look. Simple setup. Worked great out of the box. Excellent value. Connected to ring app through Alexa without a hitch. I recommend it over the ecobee.

I’m good with technology, but definitely not a handy man and I was easily able to get this installed in 30 minutes. It has a simple interface and I like being able to control it from my phone or Alexa devices.

Works as described!! I purchased a different style from Home Depot and it failed within 3days. I ran to Best Buy to get this one and we were back to cooling the house.

Worth the money to purchase. I did not give 5 stars as the thermostat is tied to the Alexa app on my phone. You can set what are called, "hunches". You can also set temperature ranges for when you are sleeping and when no one is home. Unfortunately when hunches is on, you cannot use your Echo speaker to set a different temperature. Example, night temperature is set to 68-70 degrees. If you ask Echo to set temperature to 71, you will get a response that hunches is kepping the temperature between 68 and 70 degrees. To over ride, you have to go into app to do so. Other than that, works great and fairly easy installation.

Install was easy, but with our particular situation this was not a product I was able to use to its full potential, and ended up returning. Due to our particular internet set up, this thermostat was not a viable option in the end, though if we had standard internet services I would not hesitate to use this product. At our previous home we had several of these style devices, and it really tied the home together and gave us a lot more security / access to features that we otherwise wouldn't have.

Nice thermostat to get started for the smart home. The only issue I had is that the preset default temp's used are far too cold. These can be changed in the App, but took a little looking to fix. Installation process could have been a bit more streamline if the instructions were just printed. Our boiler system works on an opposite trigger state of 0V so I needed to engineer a way around this but not the fault of this product, just a problem with my heater system. Being an electrical engineer this was not a problem.

Installation was pretty simple and the interface is clean. I like the whole beibg able to control my thermostat by my voice or my phone.

Bought thermostat because it looks nice, which it does. Can program with the Alexa app, but also control at the unit, which is nice to not need your phone to turn on the AC. My problem is the lack of printed instructions for wiring the unit. Not as simple as matching the wiring of the old one. Able to control furnace no problem, but once I connect AC the unit doesn’t get power from the C wire. Called Amazon for support and they couldn’t help and I had to call the real manufacturer, Residio.

So far so good. The installation was super easy once you figure out where your C cable is connected. It is a very good option when you compare with the Ecobees and the Nests on the market, if you have an Exho Dot you can get almost the same functionalities for a fractionof the price . If you are going to use the wall plate it only allows to be installed horizontally but I was able to modify it and install it vertically.

A good budget wifi option for smart thermostat control. The first few weeks you should manually change it as desired so it can "learn" from your habits. The it'll adjust based on what settings it thinks you like. It's made by honeywell so if you have a honeywell installed already, it may be much easier to swap. Comes with wallplate.
