I had to return mine through the manufacturers warranty however because the USB port died out of NO where within 2 months. Literally 10/10 in ever way. ONLY COMPLAINT: If you intend to use the built in microphone feature for discord calls/ xbox calls IT WILL ECHO. Other laptops don't struggle in this way so take this into account.

Also if monitor was higher quality. Other then that was a good purchase and also you guys for some games will have to deactivate the integrated graphic to use the sexy rtx power more full time. If you playing weaker less demanding game aka the free stuff just stick with auto or integrated unless u want the power on.

Beyond Expectations!

Not a single complaint from me. The resolution is crisp and the response time for gaming is amazing. I'm hoping to expand the hardware a little more to exceed the laptol even further. I do recommend this brand of laptop to anyone.
