Good printer but problems with setup.

Auto renew cartridges not really free

And when I went to cancel the auto renew, It told me that the ones I was sent for free during their trial would stop working when I canceled the auto renew. What? Like canceling would literally prevent my printer from working. Ridiculous.

Very disappointed with this printer

I didn’t want to spend a lot of money since I only have reason to print anything on a rare occasion. I regret my purchase because I didn’t realize that I would need to purchase ink through their subscription option. Even though I was able to buy replacement cartridges at Target, the printer eventually stopped working and I received an error message whenever I tried to print which I was unable to resolve. The customer service for this product is non-existent. I’m generally pretty savvy with technology but no matter what I tried I couldn’t get it to work and I’m convinced it is because I didn’t opt in for the ink replacement service. I ended up recycling it. Beware if you buy this printer.

a very functional printer at a great price

So far we are very happy with it. Setting it up was a real "snap" so we were up and running in no time. It's a very clean looking machine with a small footprint and does everything we want it to do.
