I got this printer for my wife, who needed an inexpensive, but functional printer for home work. Ive also used HP products so i saw this one and gave ut a try. She loves . It does just what she needs done. At a low cost. Great!

It was easy to set up. HP wants you to set it up wirelessly before you add the cable. Just download the app to your phone and follow the promps. I had to use my computer to finish the installation. No biggie. I can print from my computer or phone wirelessly. I can still add the cable to my computer as well if i decide for whatever reason. It works very well , the price it is well worth it.

I have had this for just over a year, worked like it should for the first 2 months. Then came the pain. For more than one reason I am going to trash this printer and buy from another brand entirely. 1. This printer does not hold a connection. If you enjoy reconnecting and resetting a wifi connection to the printer and your machines then this is the machine for you. When you do finally get it to connect, it will enter some sort of freeze state overnight that requires you to unplug it and restart the process again. 2. Ink cartridges Not only does their product barely work they rope you into a "good deal" where they ship you ink at your convenience. At some point I realized I was not printing as much as I thought I would, so I canceled my Instant Ink subscription. To my surprise and entirely at HPs benefit, YOU CANNOT USE the instant ink cartridges that you paid for unless you have an active subscription. So, I had to re-enroll into their scummy program just to use the carts and printer I paid for. 3. Troubleshooting Galore You must enjoy troubleshooting kinks of all sorts. Connectivity, mechanical, you name it. TLDR: Greedy company creates a poor-quality printer that works 3/10 times and tricks you into a mandatory subscription. This printer is NOT GOOD. Buy ANYTHING else from ANY OTHER company. The only way I can recommend this printer, is if you do all your printing before your return window expires lol. Thanks HP :) !

Great value. Already received promised free ink. Easy to connect to WiFi. Haven’t tried all the features but basic printing and copying work well

Great space saver with all the functionality your average user would need. Dropped a star because the lack of buttons and screens may pose issues with those less tech savvy and the app can be finicky. But the printer itself is great! Sticking qith HP all the way

This seems to be a very good printer. We have not had any issues with it, and we love the fact that we do not have to remove the paper to do front and back printing.

Purchased for my father so he can print directly from his IPhone. He’s old and not very tech savvy but does the job and does it well. Prints a little slower then he would like but for the money it’s a great value
