Printer is a lost leader to suck you into buying their Ink. Good option for a cheap printer if you just print occasionally however, you get sucked into their subscription ink program, which I honestly think counts when it prints out a blank page. Just OK since I’m paying for a certain number of pages monthly, I feel nickel and dime to buy it and you have to be hooked to the Internet and cannot use off-brand ink. with it.

We got this printer for our college student and it is working perfectly. They said they love it because of the compact size so it fits well in their room and has all the functionality they need.

HP controls your unit, especially if you sign up for monthly printing which initially seems like a great deal but then of course they increase the monthly rate after you are committed and then after I attempted to downgrade my plan, the printer became inoperable. It was less than a year old and still under factory warranty but the only replacement option they would offer was to accept a less option model printer and in reading the fine print I would have had to accept this warranty replacement, I also had to accept that it could be a refurbished model, and strong arm tactic of having to accept the monthly printing billing at a rate of printing I don't even use. My dad bought his first computer in the 1980's, within 24 hours it crashed. The store gave him a brand new one but that experience had me as an "anything but HP consumer" and never bought an HP product until this one and after this experience, will never even consider an HP product again.

Never thought I’d say this about an HP product (like ever) but here we are… it’s a nifty little printer that really could cover 90% of office needs

Love this printer. Purchased for my small business & it is very quick printing with longer ink duration compared to other HP printers I’ve had in the past. Love the HP app they’ve designed to go wireless printing.

This purchase replaced an earlier model HP printer. Great price and all the features needed. Wi-Fi has enabled me to print from two PCs, plus my phone. Easy setup, good print qaulity.

Very easy to setup at home. We used our phone for set up and registration. Even came with 6 months of free ink delivery. Also comes with the smart ability to send paper at a given frequency.

Love this little printer. When combined with Hp InstaInk subscription it is awesome. Connects to WiFi and prints seamlessly with my iPhone and iPad as well as my windows computer.

This was a great deal on this hp printer. So easy to set up and such great prints. Very easy to connect to wifi and Very fast printing/coping and clear. Definitely would recommend.

Printer seems to satisfy basic print needs. It would be nice if there was less push for the instant ink. That should be an easier option to dismiss.
