    I've had a lot of issue with this printer, including: * I have never been able to get it to print completely correctly, there has been a smudge on the paper all the time, no matter what I do (and I have tried several things) * It says that it should be left on all the time so it connects to HP Smart, but it has a blue light that stays on all the time and I have it in my bedroom, so I can't keep it on. * It doesn't show accurate levels of ink, so I discovered the hard way that I don't have enough black ink (or there's something else going on, because I can't print properly). Overall, I do not recommend this printer, and I am not going to buy an HP printer again, after having only HP printers prior to this one.

    It’s fine. My issue is that the alert lights are confusing. I need the manual each time to see what the blinking lights mean. It’s a real pain. I have the app, but that doesn’t help troubleshoot. It just pushes you to order ink. It won’t even tell you what ink you need or how to replace the ink!

    It works great and prints double sided which is what I wanted in my next printer. However, i learned too late that this type of printer doesn’t let you highlight and you would have to buy an inkjet printer to do that. This was frustrating due to being in the process of studying for an exam. It is a great printer overall, that as my only con.

    Was a great little printer at first. Then disconnected from WIFI and still haven’t been able to reconnect. I won’t pay to get it done so have been using my old reliable (non WIFI) printer with my old laptop. Technology?
