The only reason for the 3 stars is my personal preferences. The oven itself is high-end, works well and looks beautiful and sleek. I was not a fan of the digital burners. We love the fact that it is induction, but not having nobes was something I could get used to. It doesn't feel like you're cooking. Outside of that, it's a great product.

We've had this range for about 2 weeks and we are loving it. It's our first induction range, and it works great although we had to replace a few more pans than we thought we would. It is stylish and the induction burners are super responsive. Oven heats up quickly as well. We're very happy with this purchase so far!

This replaced an awful old coil burner electric stove and it's night and day! I'm still getting used to the "Smart" features but it's a joy to be working with an electric range that performs as well as the Wolf Range I had for several years!

This is a great range. It heats quickly and evenly and doesn’t heat the kitchen like our gas range did. I really like that I get a message on my phone when a timer goes off, I can adjust the levels via the smart app.

Its so futuristic. We bought it because its safe for your kids! It does not get hot unless the right kind of potnor pan is set on it. And it heats up fast! Also feels well built. Not cheap like others.

The electronic controls are vastly inferior to knobs. After suffering over the past year with the controls, I went online and discovered I am not alone. Many other unhappy customers have the same issues with your induction range. Not only are the controls unnecessarily complex, requiring at least three different taps to simply activate a burner, the directions in the manual are extremely obtuse. I know, because I speak as an experienced tech writer, and have years in the telecommunications industry translating engineer into English. Pay no attention to the 4.5 reviews. I strongly recommend you do not buy this range.

Hello there,
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when electronic controls feel less intuitive than traditional knobs, especially when routine actions like activating a burner require multiple steps and the instructions do not feel clear. We’re here to help provide official guidance on navigating the control panel and to offer clarity on how the appliance is designed to operate.
To help improve day-to-day use of the controls, please follow the instructions in the user manual below and review the specified sections carefully, as they walk through the intended navigation flow for both the cooktop and oven functions.

Selling point was a promotion for a $430 set of induction cookware from Circulon, as current cookware is not compatible, of course after waiting months for delivery and finally getting approval for the promotion, the cookware is out of stock. I am disappointed after paying $5,000 for a set of Samsung appliances. Guess we have to buy all new induction cookware on top of appliance cost.
