Excellent Opened Box Not So Excellent

I felt like I got a really good deal getting it Open Box - Excellent, but at last, it was not so excellent. I was send an after market charger, and the laptop wouldn't charge. I'm not sure if it was the charger or the laptop. I felt like I should have gotten a Lenovo charger since the laptop quality was suppose to be like new. Either way, I had to return the laptop.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, applying all updates completely.
With battery life, your time unplugged should go up once performance inefficiencies are addressed with updates, and we have a couple more tips to help. If you want to squeeze out more battery life and are completing non-intensive graphics tasks, you can utilize the MUX switch built into this model to turn off the GPU to greatly decrease power draw. This can be done in the Lenovo Vantage app > top right box > GPU working mode, then choosing your preferred method. Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both words, along with custom settings configurable in Lenovo Vantage. You could also press the Fn + R key combo to toggle to a lower refresh rate for even more power conservation.
