IT WORKS GREAT, BUT DOES NOT HAVE ALL OF THE FEATURES OF THE GE PROFILE UNIT WE HAD. DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE AVERSION MANUFACTURERS HAVE TO PRODUCING HIGH QUALITY WHITE KITCHEN APPLIANCES WHICH ARE NEVER OUT OF STYLE.

I had a little problem with the template but it easy to install.

The placement of the top support screws was completely different. Worse yet the right screw hole was practically all the way into the right side wall making the install very challenging!

The new one seems to have an improved turntable which was our only complaint when the other one quit working.

Also, this unit is a range hood vent and that is super loud too. I would not buy this same Microwave oven again.
