Microwave is ExZachTly what we ordered except for the huge dent in the side. Guess the wait for a new microwave will start again. I wonder how long it will take to receive another one and if it will come dented up as well. Last few best buy experiences have slowly gotten worse each time. Starting to get frustrated with them especially shopping online and them not having it available. When you have to wait on a product then it comes damaged and you have to wait again vs going to store and having it in stock so they can immediately replace it is the way it should be. Or give me a discount for the time and inconvenience. Then best buy can pass it on to the supplier delivering product. Bet they will take care of products then.

After owning this same model for a year and a half, it decided to just up and die. Well, in order to keep all the appliances matching in the kitchen, we got the same model. We are hoping that this second microwave holds up longer than the last.
