    I've never previosly owned a dryer so well made. I returned my last dryer due to a door defect and to paid a bit more for this upgrade of a dryer, made by LG. It was well worth it and is my new favorite appliance. I also got the matching washer. Best Buy has excellent customer service when it comes to washer and dryers.

    I thought getting a washer that had the middle insertion would help with keeping the washer balance but nope... the machine still got unbalanced with the adjatayer and would keep rinsing...which is crazy.. yhen i could've get it to just spin... im sending it back

Pausing the cycle, rearranging the items evenly around the tub, and then selecting Spin Only often helps the washer complete the cycle properly.
