I purchased the 1 Year Standard Geek Squad Protection because i have purchased it in the past and it was much needed when I needed it.

I'd never buy another electronic item without the Geeksquad. I have used it 3 times since I bought it and they have been so helpful.

For a "no-brainer", all one need do is sign-up with Geek Squad technical service!! You cannot GET better protection!!

While I only had to use them once for set up of my computer it is a nice to know I have someone to help me anytime I have a issue.

When I first bought it had no idea how to install any of the soft wears. I gave it to the squad and they hook it up. By the following day they were calling me to come pick up my product.

Had to have my laptop looked at while on vacation. The Geek squad at the location was very helpful and had my laptop ready to go in a day.

In my opinion, the quality of electrons have gone down these days and failure rates are increasing, well worth the initial investment.

One of the main reasons I buy computers from Best Buy is for the Geek Squad. They update everything so it is ready to use when I open it.

We usually don't but protection plans, but when spending a kid off to school in a new city hundreds of miles away, it is worth the piece of mind to have an on call repair service.

First experience returning new Lenovo laptop with bad network card. Excellent experience. Took care of problem quickly and efficiently.

It is good that I only choose one year protection with this product since it only covers the original battery and hard drive of the computer which were replaced in the first 7 months.

Now I understand this one and it is a must when something goes wrong and le me put it this way You got too get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would not consider buying a laptop without this coverage. At least for battery replacement before the 1st year when they start to go.

Haven't had to use this warranty insurance yet, and hopefully will never have to use it, but I know I'm covered in full for a year...
