    It is good to have a protection plan. I have had it on other products and each item was replaced with no issues. I did have one issue where the sales associate didn't want to acknowledge it bc I had the item 20mos on a 2yr plan. I was like what was the point of having a 2yr plan. I called corporate and they took care of it.

    I am always pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable tech support I receive when I call. Love the 24/7support. Great for updates & virus checks, too. Never dissatisfied. All my past issues were resolved over the phone, which avoids leaving my laptop at a Best Buy Geek Squad location for a couple of days. Highly recommend.

    I've too often skipped and regretted it. No more. Laptops are vulnerable to power plug connector / pin stresses and separation, screen failures from tension and twists when lifting the laptop by the screen, and keyboard failures from use and spills...call each of these the "human factor". Glad to know I'm protected this time.

    Best money ever spent. Our laptop had a problem with a hinge closing wrong. Went in to our nearest bestbuy. Told geek squad our problem and they sent it right off. I am getting notifications as the process is going on. Highly recommend buying the additional coverage. It's well worth your money. And no hidden fees!!

    Purchased new laptop and new software. Best investment to get Multiple years of geek squad service. Anytime I need advice for either hardware or software a geek squad member has been able to find my problem and instruct me how to diagnose and resolve issue. So helpful if you are not very tech savvy. Highly recommend.

    We purchased a new laptop for our son, who is a freshman in high school. Because we need this laptop to last him until he graduates, we purchased Geek Squad protection to go along with it. We've used our protection plans in the past on other products, so we know that we can get exactly what we need if we ever have to use it.

    We have had a contract with them for years and I will renew every year. I have only had 1 response that wasn't helpful through all those years. They are knowledgeable, helpful and don't ever make me feel like I am wasting their time or should know something I don't. They are also very timely-even during busy times.

    This policy was purchased to protect a laptop computer for my son. As luck would have it, the lap top was damaged on several occasions and this policy covered the repairs and eventual replacement of the laptop. In addition, we were able to take the PC back to have the Geek Squad help us with various "technical" problems.

    This is my second time buying the 2-year Geek Squad service plan. They have fixed my laptop after it the screen stopped working (it was a hardware issue), and have fixed software issues both in-store and better yet, at home with the remote access help. They've come through with everything they said the would, so I'm happy.

    Bought geek squad support with wife's new laptop...great deal, they installed everything and we were up and running. Then my older laptop had an issue, brought it in and geeksquad had me back in business in no time...faster and more efficiently running too. You won't regret this addition to any computer purchase!!!

    Everything I'll buy in bestbuy i always put the geek squad protection not cause i believe my product will be damaged soon but I'll do it cause if anything happens i just take it to the store or they will come to my house and i will have no problems plus just in case is not fixable they will give a new generation at no cost

    My laptop kept turning off and I thought it was a battery issue. I immediately called geek squad took my laptap to my local best buy to service it. Turns out it was not the battery. The motherboard was bad. They replaced it. The service was great from beginning to end. I highly recommend.

    I haven't had a need for it yet but knowing if my computer crashes or otherwise messes up there are people who will help me free of charge helps me to relax since in the past I've had to pay upwards of 200 dollars for repairs on laptops I bought through other places. I only wish I would have gotten 2 years instead!

    Recently purchased a ASUS ROG laptop and met with a member of the Geek Squad to review the system and check my setups. Rep was knowledgeable and understanding, as I am not an advanced user of computers. Learned a few things that have improved my use of laptop and added to my enjoyment. Recommend the service.

    Had to use the Geek Squad warranty only weeks after my purchase. They fixed the cracked screen with no issues. They didn't try to blame me for it being broken. They even admitted that it appeared to tight from the start. Was well worth the money. Only negative is that repairs can take quite some time.

    We have used Geek Squad support for many years. It is a great service for a relatively low price. We use them to clean my sons' computers every month. That service alone is worth the price. However, they have been a big help with many other hardware and software issues. It is great o have their support, when my sons download malware or have other problems. It saves me a lot of time.

    Knowledgeable and friendly employees. Upon purchasing my MSI laptop, I asked to uninstall the bloatware and do a clean install of Windows 10, they did it in a day and a half, even though the ETA was 4-5 business days (I got it back on a Sunday after purchasing an hour before closing on a Friday).

    The guys are extremely kind and knowledgeable when it came to my laptop which is the Lenovo yoga. I did however have complications with the facility they shipped my laptop to. My laptop keep on returning in worse condition. I had to send it three times. Even the manager was upset about the situation. Otherwise it is freaking great ! I paid 0$ for the coffee spill I had.

    When I had issues with my Laptop Best Buy honored their replacement plan 10 fold! Great in-store customer service, although I had to send it in to Lenovo first and they had to keep it for two weeks. I was not impressed with the customer service for Lenovo so wouldn't be without the Best Buy protection.

    Being new to Windows 10, I had a number of questions about it. I also had some questions about my new HP computer. It didn't matter of I called or walked into Best Buy, there was someone there to answer my questions. It is great knowing that if anything were to go wrong, they would be there for me!
