High end laptop with excellent performance. 16 Gigs and 512 GB is more than enough for all applications. 360 and touch screen is awesome for easy use. The time to boot up the laptop is ultra fast. The screen looks immaculate and the magnesium alloy body is enough for easy use.

My experience with this service was very good I bought a computer from Best Buy and within the year that it was purchased it had a problem so I took it back and they sent it in for service. They decided they weren't going to fix it so I received 100 percent of my money back. .

I'm not as savvy with technology as I used to be and there have been a few questions I've had with my laptop and they've been able to fix it very quickly and explain to me how to fix it on my own in the future. It's nice to have a smart group of people who actually help you!

I have purchased service warranties for every purchase I make at Best Buy. They have always replaced any product they can't fix or has gone obsolete without question. When you make a big purchase it's nice you have insurance that you have protection if anything goes wrong.

I can say you'll get your money out if this If your product is messed up they'll fix it for free and if it is beyond being fix they gave you the money you payed for the item and you get a new one or you get a newer better model Its a must have when buying any electronics

I was on the fence about getting the coverage when I first purchased my laptop. After thinking about it and reminiscing back to my previous laptop where I didn't get the coverage. Less than year it had viruses and was damaged. I decided this time to not make that mistake.

When my computer locked me out they were 100% helpful and tried everything they could to fix it. The computer ended up not getting fixed and somebody from geek squad even came out on the floor with me to find another computer that would best fit my needs!

I have always liked Geek Squad and this is not the first time I've used their services. They are always pleasant and put up with my non-computer brain. I am a dinosaur but they always know just what to do and how to explain things in a way I can understand.

I've used it already (Windows 10 migration issues from my old laptop). Downside of Windows 10 is learning curve (steep). Good news is that when you've educated yourself the whole experience is so much better than pre-Windows 10. Since this is a new purchase, the 3 year warranty won't come into plan for a while. Sure glad I have it though !!!

Always buy geek squad protection for any electronics. It pays for itself! I haven't had to use this plan yet, but I have in the past and it is so easy and quick to have your computer (or other electronics) fixed! No hassles and everyone is great to work with.

I know this varies from store to store, but the Greek squad i went to was excellent. They were respectful, helpful and efficient. They didn't judge me for my lack of knowledge and were very patient with me in explaining everything. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I will recommend everybody to have it, no point not to have it if you have a expensive laptop with no protection, it gives me a sense of security it doesn't matter anything happens to my laptop , it will get fixed no matter what. I I just highly recommended to everybody

Geek Squad is so convenient. If we see a problem with our computer, all we need to do is notify them thru their website, and they access our computer and take care of any problems. The cost of this service is definitely worth it. They have great customer service.

I have had to call on Geek Squad a few times since I purchased my new computer and laptop and I can attest to their superior service, knowledge, courtesy and ability to deal with someone not so tech savvy! I highly recommend their services for anything they cover!

The Geek Squad has really come through for me so many times when I was having issues, and they are all polite and so efficient! Each time I receive a transcript of the chat also, which makes it easy to keep track. They definitely hire the best people for their Geek Squad!!!

Although I've read other shoppers' negative comments about "protect and support," I've had only great experiences using it. From my experiences, so long as you do not purposely break your item, best buy will honor and go above and beyond to repair or replace your item.
