The Geek Squad has been my anchor in the high tech we live in. Olivia, a Geek Squad member at Best Buy in Opelika Alabama was so patient and encouraging help me with changes in my IPad.

The Geek Squads awesome training eliminates any confusion how to perfectly utilize my digital tools.

I arrived with my new Lenovo Laptop in the box that they shipped it in to me. They took control and got it ready to be used. The tech (Geek) was very patient and did a great job. I should have brought the laptop it was replacing so they could have made the switchover completely - but I understand I would have had to leave both with them for a day or two. There was only one tech guy there and the lady before me was struggling greatly with a cell phone issue and we weren't able for me to get started until a half hour after my appointment time.

The agents are hit or miss. One, they don't have enough of them, and 2, some know more than others. There is always a wait, even with an appointment. The sitting area should have a BB wide-screen TV to at least entertain you while you are there. They used to provide coffee at the stotes. Gone! Then there was water. Gone. Nothing is getting better.

I went in to get my computer checked out, I was worried that it may have a virus, the geek squad was friendly, timely, and very helpful. They cleared out the issue and then gave me suggestions for future prevention. Ultimately great service and knowledgeable, I will be coming back for sure!

Geek squad in best buy in all stores are amazing and techy! They really helps you with your computer problems.

I’ve never gone to the Geek Squad before and was amazed how the technician talked to me in simple terms since I’m not a technology inclined person. I would recommend Justin and the rest of the Geek Squad any day

The agents were patient and very knowledgeable with helping me decide which laptop was best for me. They even showed the open box item to help save money. I also bought the geek squad package which covered all of my laptops! Love the security of having the coverage and assistance.

I have enjoyed the services of the Geek Squad many times and they are ALWAYS courteous and attentive to your needs....without ever talking down to those of us who don't possess their "expertise!" It's a pleasure to visit their section of the store!!

Being alone, and a senior I depend on the Geek squad to help me with simple to complicated things. I am confident that they will be my back up when I am stuck. The membership has more than paid for itself after a couple times using it. It is well worth it.

The Geek Squad is great. I have gone for help to the Geek Squad in 2 stores in NY and 2 or 3 in PA. All members are knowledgeable, able to assist where needed and solve the problem. I have never met a with a member of the Geek Squad who was not informed/experienced enough to help. I recommend the Geek Squad to anyone I know who needs computer assistance.
