Having to go to several locations I finally was to have the right amp installed in my vehicle correctly and geek squad did a suburb job of explaining what I needed to do next with my system in order to proceed with more accessories.

Geeksquad Tech did a stellar job mounting my amplifier in my Suzuki SX4. They installed it right under my drivers seat and did a superior job wiring it up.. Great deal on the AMP from Best Buy and the manager did not charge me for the amp installation for the total tech package.. totally worth getting that deal!!

Best Buy always does a great job at car audio installations. Have had them work on my car and both of my daughters. I highly recommend getting Total Tech Support if you plan on having a lot of work done to one car or many cars. The money it saves you is amazing.

I had a great install but the truck had some wiring issues which were blowing speakers. They replaced the front speaker four times and they swapped the amp and installed new rca's and then they ran new speaker wire and the problem is fixed, very happy, they didn't charge for any of it. Way to go Geek Squad!

was installed in a 2023 tacoma, sound really good. I also had best buy install an alpine head unit amp and jbl speakers

Had an amplifier of my own but the analytics showed that my amplifier was using up a lot of my car batteries juice and not distributing the right power for the system I was using. Thanks to the new amplifier that I got my lights no longer flicker and i never have to worry about any electric shortages.

Mike, the technician who installed the amp, was very knowledgeable and had an ability to explain to me clearly how long the install would take and what he was going to do. He gave me an estimate on speaker installation and followed up on a problem I had without hesitation or additional cost on my part.

Like I said before, the install team at Best buy in Chesterfield with Justin is just awesome. I cannot say enough about there level of knowledge, thoroughness and attention to detail that they provide during there installs. They actually went way over on there hours and never once complained. Again, highly recommend

Robert at the Costa Mesa store was very attentive and committed to doing a proper job with my 5-channel Rockville db55 amp and 10" RF P2D4 sealed box install. I installed my head unit and door speakers previously, and the addition of clean power and bass made a world of difference.

The auto audio specialist installed a speaker system and a component high power amplifier in my car. The technical serviceman was courteous, and his service was prompt and professional. The results were well worth the reasonable installation price.

Great installation from techs with lots of experience.

Paid to install two speakers and a subwoofer. First day, spent 5 hours before they said they couldn't get to me. Came back four days later. The installers fought me every step of the way to use the car's 20 year old wiring despite me paying for an amp kit. Spent 9 hours to find out they wired the factory 2 ohm 10 watt per channel amp midbass only channel to 4ohm 100 watt per channel component speakers. Instead of wiring it to the 100 watt per channel amp i had purchased. Drivers side door and trunk would not shut. Floor manager was upset that i was there for 9 hours and more upset at the quality of work done. He stated that he will call the manager and explain what happened and took down my number.to his word, he called the district manager and explained. We agreed that i would return and they would fix the error the next Saturday. By Thursday the next week, i had still not heard from the manager. I went to best buy and was told they would have him call me back. Not a word. At that point , i took apart the door to see what had been done. They had frayed wiring by the crossovers leading to wires touching. Before the next appointment, i painstakingly explained how to wire a component set. Even drew a diagram. They seemed to not get it and to not want to get it. I explained that the only reason i had paid for the install was that i did not have a multimeter to measure gains, to prevent clipping, and also i did not want alternator whine. They looked at me and said, they dont use multimeters. They play it by ear. I explained if you can hear clipping, its too late. Speakers might be blow,i used the analogy of not using engine gauges to check for overheating but saying that, " i know my engine is overheating when i see smoke from the hood." The floor manager from earlier, checked in on me and both him and another manager called the store manager again. No response. When the install was complete, there was alternator whine, and the head unit was not fully flush, it was hanging on the dash. Showed the manager who stated he would refund me, even though i did not ask for one. He also said the store manager would call me, by day 17, i still had no word from the store manager, nor a refund. I called the store and was routed to a corporate call center. Only after that call did i get a call back from the geek squad auto manager who refunded me, on day 19. It is scary to think that other cars are driving around with such install jobs, or maybe its just my car. As of now , the speakers shut down randomly. Cannot play a whole song. It looks like wires were ran across the whole car but in reality, they were just spliced under the carpet and the new wire bundled up.

Berin did a wonderful job reinstalling my amp. Works like a charm. Would reccommend Him to anyone that needs car audio work. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Fast effiecent service good pricing and quick appt work

I I would recommend getting this feature so that you can have anything done that you need done to your car house or home it's an excellent option to worth the money

This is an excellent amp for the money and for the goals that I was trying to achieve. I was able to work with the installer and a sales associate. Together I got exactly the sound that I was looking for and at the lowest price possible. Both the sales associate and the installer put my needs first and I am very please with the results.
