Great deal good place to store the data in cloud .

It was free but I won’t use it…. So it’s whatever .

Tried to use this, but it opened in my browser that was logged in with with the same login and it would not let me have the offer. I wanted to use it for my wife. But now it's disabled. If you want to use it, logoff your browser 1st or use duckduckgo.

I don't anything about this, so apparently it was worthless

Never used it because of everything that went wrong with my Best Buy order! Literally got stolen from buy a billion dollar corporation. I guess that is the world we live in now. Squash the little guy.

I signed up for My Best Buy Total™ Yearly Membership. But since then I receive NO discounted offers, Members only discounts, etc.... as advertised. Could this be a bait and switch?

Didn’t redeem right away and when I did go to redeem it I was told it was to late and it had expired.

I tried to use the code but Google says the promotion is over and won't let me proceed.

This TV was not the best quality.In my opinion Samsungs products need more QC.

UTTERLY DELIGHTED & IMPRESSED WITH THE HELP RECEIVED FROM GEEK SQUAD MEMBER ANA AMON My first review hasn’t been published yet, but I was so pleased by the assistance I received from Ana I had to rewrite and post it again. Anyways, Ana was so personable, knowledgeable, professional, and thankfully, patient during the process of prepping my new Lenovo laptop. And by the way her supervisor treated her, I could tell she was a valued and treasured employee. So, you can bet if I have any further needs for technical assistance or electronics, I will be rushing to Best Buy (and also checking to see if Ana is available). I also appreciated the assistance of Kelsie in selecting my fine purchase, and for directing me to Ana.

This store is not even worth one star! I ordered for pick up at 8 am (says on website orders are ready in an hour and you will be notified when ready). 7 hours later still no notification. Tried calling the store 5 times, no answer. Finally, about 3 pm someone answered and said my order has been ready for pick up since this morning. ????? I never got a notification. He said I could pick it up at the pick-up location. Told him I was busy now and I would pick it up tomorrow. I go in the next day, and it was not there. The rude guy at pick-up said it would be a 1-4 hour wait or longer! ????? I told him the guy on the phone said it was here at pick up. No sorry or empathy from clown boy. I asked to speak to the mgr. and he was actually somewhat nicer, in the beginning. He went and came back with wrong item. Then comes back and says they can't find it. ????? This store thinks 1+1 is 3! What is pick for????? I hadn't been to BB in 15 years!!! Wish it had stayed that way... but it will now!!! They've only gotten worse since my last experience. Here's the icing on the cake. I just called corp. and on the website it gives the number and location as Minnesota. A lady picks up with an indian accent (which I could hardly understand). I asked her is this corp. and she says no, it's customer service. I asked where it was located, and she said india. ????? She asked me to tell her what happened that she would take notes. So, after 5 or so minutes of talking to her I asked her if she took notes, she said yes, she has all the info. So, I ask her what the store was (she didn't know... because she was never taking notes at all!) WHAT A FREAKING JOKE!!!!! I really don't know how BB is still around!!! I put that in my last review 15 years ago! Well, stupid me for walking through their AWFUL CUSTOMER doors!!!! They lost a $225 sale, but the mgr. never said sorry. He was just glad to cancel my order and get rid of me. To order pick-up is a waste of time! This was my first time... and my last!!!!

I have always gound my experiences with bestbuy customer service and products have been a positive one for me personally. Thats why after more than a decade now, i keep returning. And recommending.

I have local storage but google one solved my problem. Signing up is very easy and configurations are simple. Will continue to use it.

While charging customers for the pleasure of being able to access customer service seems like it should somehow be illegal — or considered a non-starter vis-a-vis implied warranty of mercantibility for any product or service — this is almost invariably the direction all corporate support is headed
