Looks and functions just like brand new. No blemishes, scratches, wear & tear, or dead pixels. I'm aware not all refurbs are created equal however this monitor is an exception. Price was kind of okay. Best feature of all is the VESA mounting, perfect for my mini PCs. It did arrive a few days late, so almost got my order cancelled by BB...no recourse or option except a refund. Some of us want the unit we are purchasing and not a refund. That definitely would've been a issue but crisis averted.

Easy to set up and the bigger screen size is great for my eyes . I should have ordered this way back but I will not be going back to any smaller monitors. No issues so far.
