Beautiful monitor

Great panel, broken remote and bad service.

The HDR looks really good especially with a game that can utilize it well (God of War for example). The remote is handy to swap resolutions on the fly but it takes a second and has some wonky side effects if you’re on a multi monitor setup. The remote I received came with a broken joystick so I can’t use the down function or scroll. They said I would need to return the entire monitor to receive a non broken one so I’m knocking a star off for the bad customer service. (For over $300 on sale, just let me swap out the remote for crying out loud.)

Perfect Xbox Compatibility

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good to be sure but this 78 year old male hasn't gotten it set up to yield the full 4K experience and I've been too busy with travel and other things to call Acer to see where I'm missing the boat. My system should be fully capable of utilizing this monitor's performance and I have tried what I can to get the computer to set-up the 4K experience but have stalled at either 2K or 2.5K presently.
