    The item was shoved a big box with two wades of paper. There were multiple scratches all over the screen. We returned the item.

    Defective refurbished monitor

    The monitor was defective, it didn't power on. I even took it to geek squad for help, it still didn't work and because I passed the return window, they won't replace it or reimbursed me.
