I recently opted for the Add-On Dryer Door Reversal service and I must say it was a fantastic addition to my purchase. This service allowed me to customize the door configuration of my dryer to better suit the layout of my laundry room, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team that performed the door reversal was professional and efficient. They carefully disassembled the dryer door and reinstalled it in the desired orientation, ensuring a seamless fit and proper functionality. Their attention to detail and expertise were evident throughout the process. What impressed me the most was the convenience and flexibility this service offered. Go with what you need. Reversal is a simple way to make your work with the placement of the appliance your using. I have had to do this twice. First time when I purchased a high end LG. Took an experienced yech skilled worker Second time I bought a standard MayTag dryer and the workmen finished it in ten minutes. TIP: Each time the man doing the job suggested just moving the dryer. Do not move the appliances. Have them where all of the setup works best for you.

I didn’t have the door reversed because I had such difficulty having my washer and dryer installed. The installers were not familiar with Miele and I had no confidence in their abilities. It was difficult enough to have them install the machine I didn’t trust them to do the door reversal. I was assured that the installers were familiar with Miele but they were not.

The dryer was delivered with the door open the wrong way and they guys reversed it for me so it opens the opposite way…… no scratches in doing the switch.

I am a very picky person and so when it comes to new appliances, I expect them to be perfect, yet knowing that nothing is made perfect. The friendly service guys came to switch the door handle on my new dryer and did an excellent job. I asked them about a mark on my dryer door and they said it was a piece of lint or paper inside the door. They took the time to take the door apart and get it out. Surprisingly, it didn't just fall out, but they were patient and spent the extra time to finally get it out. I thanked them so much for doing that and hope that they knew that meant the world to me!!!!!

The gentlemen arrived and had my door reversed in a matter of minutes. Great service Very satisfied

Though I wish the door hinged on the bottom, that's a manufacturing issue versus an installer. The installation was very good.

If I could give zero, I would. The door reversal was horrible, now my door does not close correctly. After watching a YouTube video, I can see that the installers missed screws screwed stuff in the wrong place put in the wrong screws and who knows what else. I have been waiting for Best Buy to give me a call back and nothing.

I paid for a door reversal on my dryer that was not done. Only $50 but still something. I called the service line within hours after the delivery and was promised a refund, Then I was promised a BB gift card. They even gave me a case number. After five calls, one from the store, I didn't get anything : ( So attached is a photo of my dryer - the door still opens to the right and I am out $50. One of the few times Best Buy let me down,

Made my day. Washer & dryer in a closet in my kitchen & washer had to. be returned because they couldn’t hook it up. The dryer wouldn’t fit with the normal door setup but after switching hinges, worked out great.oh, and Mike was terrific.

Didn’t know this was a separate service with an additional fee and that we had to schedule this at the time of purchase if we wanted the install crew to do it, as we weren’t told this, so I had to go to the store (can’t call the store directly), and set up another apt. Thankfully the manager had excellent customer service and scheduled them to come again at no charge, and also gave us a small refund for our troubles. 5 stars for making it right.

Third time is the charm… although the first 2 persons came to the hoise and looked at the job asked, they were honest enough to say that they are not an expert on that particular job and did not pretend that they know how! That i respect their honesty!! Finally the right person was sent to the house and fixed the issue we asked without any problem! So.. thank you!

I got a an expensive front load venting GE washer and dryer set. Finally after seriously 20 calls and 5 rescheduled/cancelled appointments--the original delivery men didn't do the job after I gave them huge tips. Then the subsequent techs came out and said they didn't know how, then one cancelled on the way here as they didn't know how. FINALLY, I got RUNNER who shocked me by actually doing the job without any difficulties! I am so grateful to finally have my door reversal after 4 months of struggles!! Thank you Runner! Make sure you tip your delivery and installation folks when they do a good job! I am giving overall rating excellent for Runner only. He was very nice and professional. I would not recommend this job again as they generally do not perform this service. otherwise deserves zero stars.

Love my dryer! Stacked above the matching washer allowed enough room to build a long needed pantry. It works perfectly and is an appliance I can count on for a long time to come. Finally, I was able to have it delivered only a week after ordering when other places said I’d have to wait more than a month.

The door needed to be reversed to accommodate where it had to go. They reversed it quickly and very effectively. It works very good now.

This request was made when I ordered and paid for the dryer in store. One day before its delivery, I once again reminded about door reversal over the phone (since I experienced once that the door was not done correctly upon delivery). It was surprisingly correctly installed when delivered at my door. Excellent!

The first time the dryer was delivered the delivery men said they couldn't reverse the dryer door because the screws were stripped. However, I sincerely believe they just didn't know how to do the job. So they put in for an order for another dryer to be delivered. A few days later a new dryer was delivered but instead of automatically unloading the new dryer from the truck, one of the delivery asked if I had any problem with him just reversing the initial dryer. I told him I thought it was ridiculous that another dryer was ordered and gave him my authorization to just reverse door on first dryer already in my house. And guess what? No screws were stripped? I gave these delivery men a tip. Look up which ones they were as I have had them in the past and they are very hard-working, capable, professional and pleasant men. Give them a raise!
