I really like the Harmony remote device ,the only recommendation I would make to the company is that they provide directions for many possible lapses that could occur. The Geek Squad techs are the best and can fix any mishaps,but i should not have to keep paying for service calls when if it came with clear instructions about what to do if:i.e.,occurs,if the the techs are aware of FAQ's,why isn't the consumer told? Thank you for your interest.

The installer had to program my new Sony receiver to my existing Harmony remote. He did a great job.

There were 3 agents I worked with in the installation of my new TV, Ben, Andrew, and Josh. They removed my other TV and installed my new Sony. The entire process went smoothly and professionally. They also reprogrammed my Logtech remote and explained the workings of all remotes, checking everything before they left.
I was very impressed with the service I received.

The tech reprogrammed the remotes to accommodate changes in Dish hardware. They work fine now.

Geek Squad tech arrived on time, was pleasant, professional, and reprogrammed my Logitech Harmony Elite remote. It's a very sensitive high-end remote, not the easiest to program correctly, but our tech knew what to do, explained it as he went, and taught us the troubleshooting short-cuts and actions to take in the future. Remote has been working just fine since he was here.

I love Geek Squad. They determined that my Harmony remote was kaput and found a work around using my Apple TV remote. I don’t know what I’d do without Geek Squad!!!!

The first technician arrived and did most of the programming as expected. He then told us he would be back next day to add programming for missing components next day and gave us a window. He never arrived. We were left waiting when we should have been elsewhere. NOT GOOD. We had to call and rebook which took additional days and TIME. The issue finally resolved by second tech.

When the G.S. techs came out to program my remote as well as mount my 75" flat screen, everything seemed to be working……until shortly after they left. They came out 3 times to finally resolve a very tricky issue, so I'm grateful for their persistence and know-how!
