the first group to setup (geek Squad) my system did not know or understand how to setup the system. The independent contractor who setup the second purchase basically went back to start and reset the entire system which made the system much more responsive easier to use and made a vast upgrade in system performance.

Good universal remote for smaller set ups. We have it set up in the master bedroom with only 4 components set up on it. The higher end remote with the screen is much better to control multiple components. Had Geek Squad do the install/set up. They were awesome, showed up on time set everything up and walked my wife and I thru all the functions/answer all our questions.

So, having the Geek Squad setup and program my new Harmony Remote Control was TOTALLY worth it! They programmed ALL my electronics into the Harmony Remote, and I mean every command for every possible scenario for all the electronics. Then they sat me down and trained me on all of it. They rocked!

The Geek Squad always gives me great, timely service. I recently installed an upgrade to my cable TV as well as Apple TV. The Geek Squad reprogrammed my Harmony remotes to make everything work as it should. My only issue is with the remotes themselves that every time you make and/or add a change to your entertainment system you have to call a programmer. In today's world of plug and play, this thinking seems obsolete.

Normally I would try to set up new products myself, but in this case there was a special offering to use the Geek Squad. I am pleased I went with installation by a Geek Squad expert. It saved time and I followed up with hiring him to solve another audio job that I had been unsuccessful in accomplishing. Nice to find someone that stays up to date with the ever changing audio technology.

I really like the idea of one remote control. The Help feature has helped me more than once. However, I cannot figure out how to use my record feature. I realize that is my fault. However, I wish there was a "record" button on it. Installer was very nice and very helpful. It just didn't occur to me at the time to double check to see if a "record" button was on the unit. I will find out and all will be well. Five Stars for sure then.

Lightening struck my house and blew out my entire home theater system. After struggling thru setting up new tv, blue ray player, and receiver, I was left with the hassle of 4 remotes (the above 3 plus cable box). This Harmony remote is genius. ONE remote for everything. Setting it up took real skills and without geek squad I would never have been able to do it. Totally worth the investment.

The GS Agent was knowledgeable and the programming was accomplished correctly and quickly. He verified that I knew how to operate everything including the software to add channels and the cell phones app. Yet, another complete professional job; which is why I always go to Best Buy and Geek Squad for all my needs!

The remote control is really efficient and allows you to connect multiple devices.

Best Buy's Geek Squad did my initial home theater set up. They have since been out twice to answer questions or to further enlighten me as to how to utilize the remotes to the best capacity. The two guys who service this area for home entertainment for Best Buy are utterly the best: friendly, efficient, careful, and caring about the customer. I wouldn't call on anyone else.

I have been using Logitech remotes for more than 15 years, and I have never been disappointed with the performances. Outstanding performance in reducing all of my remotes down to only one remote to use. Thank you Logitech ! And thank you Geek Squad for doing an excellent job at programming both my home theater systems and three Logitech remotes.

Although it took a little longer than I expected, overall I was pleased with the programming of my new Logitech Harmony Remote. The two men that came to my house were very professional and polite. I had a lot of equipment to program that was rack mounted and recessed into the wall. I'm sure it was a little more difficult that most installations but they got the job done.

When we bought Samsung TV, Samsung DVD, Samsung sound bar from Best Buy and added Time Warner cable and dvr the coffee table now had four remotes. Coordinating all the devices was a pain. Enter the Harmony universal remote. Had no clue how to program it so paid the $ to have Geek Squad get it done. Very nice tech. Set it all up and gave us lessons-made sure we understood before he left. A winner.

We have had our Geek Squad Service for 1 year. We moved from California to Schertz and purchased 5 TV's and had them all installed by the Geek Squad. Amazing guys and worked as a smooth team too. Explained everything to me and my wife and made sure we knew how to operate the new technology!!!

I had bought a remote to run a fairly complex av setup. At first the tech said the device wouldn't be able to do what I was looking for, though he agreed to try a few things to see if he could make it work. He did find a solid solution and kept me from having to find another soon.

John from the Geek Squad programmed our new Harmony Elite Universal remote. He had been involved with the setup of our theater system a few years ago. He programmed all our components without issue and checked to make sure everything was hooked up properly. He went beyond the call as has every member from the Geek Squad. They stand behind their work.

It works great, I like the fact we can use just one remote for all components.

This harmony hub remote is the best multi system remote control we've ever had! Our first one lasted 5 years so we bought a new one and our Geek Squad team connected it to our new Samsung Smart qled TV, soundbar, etc. It is really great to help keeping all systems in sync and it has a built-in help/trouble shooting system which is fantastic for anyone a bit more tech challeged! Geek Squad install for whole system is the best way to go! Worth every penny!! Trustworthy and highly skilled, kind and helpful people!!

When Derick called to announce he was on the way, we discovered there was a misunderstanding as to the universal remote that I had. I had a X-8 remote setup ($1,472) that he was untrained on. But thankfully he came anyway. As it turned out, the remote didn't need reprograming, just resetting via battery removal and replacement. Previously, my installer/programmer had not provided either "things to avoid doing" or "trouble shooting" instructions. Said there were none. As a result, my frustration time had been extensive and largely unnecessary, it seems. Derick took the time to help here as well. Great experience. Previously, calls for help to my "inhouse sales consultant/coordinator were not returned, necessitating my calling the Geek Squad. They responded happily and quickly with Derick at no additional cost.
