Every time Geek Squad helps us out, they are amazing! This time, without exception, they worked very hard to make things right so we understood our universal remote. It had to be programmed to our TV. After that they showed us how it worked, it was easier and user friendly.

Although it took a little longer than I expected, overall I was pleased with the programming of my new Logitech Harmony Remote. The two men that came to my house were very professional and polite. I had a lot of equipment to program that was rack mounted and recessed into the wall. I'm sure it was a little more difficult that most installations but they got the job done.

John from the Geek Squad programmed our new Harmony Elite Universal remote. He had been involved with the setup of our theater system a few years ago. He programmed all our components without issue and checked to make sure everything was hooked up properly. He went beyond the call as has every member from the Geek Squad. They stand behind their work.

Kurt installed the remote and programmed it to our tv. I had a problem with it a few days later, I called, and he returned my call promptly. He walked me through my problem in just a few minutes. He was very professional. This technologically challenged senior appreciated all his help.

Before we moved to Slaton, TX the Midland Geek Squad made the Harmony RF remote the best piece of high tech equipment we had. Now we have to use the Dish and Harmony remote and then sometimes the combination won't get the job done.
Looks like the Lubbock Geek Squad needs some more training.

When we bought Samsung TV, Samsung DVD, Samsung sound bar from Best Buy and added Time Warner cable and dvr the coffee table now had four remotes. Coordinating all the devices was a pain. Enter the Harmony universal remote. Had no clue how to program it so paid the $ to have Geek Squad get it done. Very nice tech. Set it all up and gave us lessons-made sure we understood before he left. A winner.

The Geek Squad helped with our TV issues and installed our Harmony Elite Remoste and hub so that we could utilize an all in one remote. This made watching our TV that much better. We appreciated there skill, assistance, and professional service.

I've had total tech reps out twice helping set up a new TV, DVD player, receiver, and an all-in-one remote so I just have one remote for everything and the sound goes through the receiver to my speakers. Everything works great!

The technician knew what he was doing. He completed programming the all in one remote control very quickly, much quicker than it would have taken us, and we know it is done correctly. When the installation was complete, he gave us a very thourough explaination of how to use it. Better than trying to figure it out in our own. Great service.

Katie arrived on time and took the time to be sure that I understood all the settings for each of my components before she left. I specifically asked for her and wasn't assigned her, but called and got someone to switch assignments, since I have used her before and trust her completely! Hopefully she'll clone herself so I can use the Geek squad over and over in the future!

The technician was well trained and he loved helping making my Home Theatre better and gave me several tips on using my hi-fi system. After programming the system, we sat together and he showed me how to use my new more advanced remote controller. He then handed it to me and he asked me to perform basic steps. The RIGHT was to teach. And I am a former college professor.

My original Harmony remote controlled for devices: a TV, a DVD / Blu-ray, a laptop computer, and a sound bar. After a few years the remote started to not work well. The biggest thing was the on/off button did not function. I bought a new remote but I knew that I could not program it myself. I am a total household tech member so It only cost $50 to have someone come out and program it. He was there about 45 minutes and got it working just fine. Or so I thought.
A couple days later I noticed it wasn't working. What I had done was bought a different DVD / Blu-ray player than what I originally had. I forgot to tell the installer that. I called Best Buy and they sent out another tech with no additional charge. He corrected the problem.
Both techs were polite, clean And very knowledgeable. I have no complaints whatsoever. Both texts taught me a little bit more about the remote and other things I could do with it.
