So, having the Geek Squad setup and program my new Harmony Remote Control was TOTALLY worth it! They programmed ALL my electronics into the Harmony Remote, and I mean every command for every possible scenario for all the electronics. Then they sat me down and trained me on all of it. They rocked!

I had Mike and one of his partners come to the house for the install. This team was very knowledgeable, friendly and able to hook up everything in a very timely manner. They answered all of my questions, even ones I didn't even know to ask. They also went above and beyond in making sure everything was hooked up properly to begin with. Raul at our local Best Buy - Geek Squad store has excellent product expertise when programming the Logitech - Harmony 665 10-Device Universal Remote - Black. He took the appropriate time to make sure all the connected devices were hooked up correctly and tested everything before leaving our home. Very happy to only have one remote to use verses four.

ON the SAME day that I had my Harmony Remote programmed, my LG TV was declared junk by Best Buy warranty department. Now I am getting a new TV which is great, but BB says they will not reprogram the remote for the new tv unless I set up another $99 Geek Squad call. I appreciate the ease of the warranted exchange, but it seems like they should set up the new TV and leave everything just as it was before.

The Geek Squad member not only resolved my remote control programming issue, he took the time to explain what he was doing and why, plus what I needed to do in the future should certain glitches reappear. He asked what else he could assist with while there, so was also able to connect the smart TV's internet access issue. Extremely pleased and impressed with this particular conscientious associate.

The GS Agent was knowledgeable and the programming was accomplished correctly and quickly. He verified that I knew how to operate everything including the software to add channels and the cell phones app. Yet, another complete professional job; which is why I always go to Best Buy and Geek Squad for all my needs!

Good universal remote for smaller set ups. We have it set up in the master bedroom with only 4 components set up on it.
The higher end remote with the screen is much better to control multiple components.
Had Geek Squad do the install/set up. They were awesome, showed up on time set everything up and walked my wife and I thru all the functions/answer all our questions.

The whole experience with the Pensacola Geek squad was outstanding. We had purchased a top of the line remote. When the squad came they pointed out that our present remote was even more effective but our system needed reprogramming. We returned the new remote and had the old remote reprogrammed and our system is working very well. All the members of the Geeks were helpful dedicated customer focused employees . Highly recommend them.

Normally I would try to set up new products myself, but in this case there was a special offering to use the Geek Squad. I am pleased I went with installation by a Geek Squad expert. It saved time and I followed up with hiring him to solve another audio job that I had been unsuccessful in accomplishing. Nice to find someone that stays up to date with the ever changing audio technology.

The Geek Squad always gives me great, timely service. I recently installed an upgrade to my cable TV as well as Apple TV. The Geek Squad reprogrammed my Harmony remotes to make everything work as it should. My only issue is with the remotes themselves that every time you make and/or add a change to your entertainment system you have to call a programmer. In today's world of plug and play, this thinking seems obsolete.

Lightening struck my house and blew out my entire home theater system. After struggling thru setting up new tv, blue ray player, and receiver, I was left with the hassle of 4 remotes (the above 3 plus cable box). This Harmony remote is genius. ONE remote for everything. Setting it up took real skills and without geek squad I would never have been able to do it. Totally worth the investment.

I really like the idea of one remote control. The Help feature has helped me more than once. However, I cannot figure out how to use my record feature. I realize that is my fault. However, I wish there was a "record" button on it. Installer was very nice and very helpful. It just didn't occur to me at the time to double check to see if a "record" button was on the unit. I will find out and all will be well. Five Stars for sure then.

I have been using Logitech remotes for more than 15 years, and I have never been disappointed with the performances. Outstanding performance in reducing all of my remotes down to only one remote to use. Thank you Logitech !

Best Buy's Geek Squad did my initial home theater set up. They have since been out twice to answer questions or to further enlighten me as to how to utilize the remotes to the best capacity. The two guys who service this area for home entertainment for Best Buy are utterly the best: friendly, efficient, careful, and caring about the customer. I wouldn't call on anyone else.
