Jonas Verbusaitis is excellent. He set up my system perfectly 7 years ago and I was so glad to see him at the door this time around coming to reprogram my Harmony remote control, he did an excellent job again this time.

Chris kept me posted as to when he would be arriving at my home. Wgen he got here he did the programing of my new remote and made a few recomendations as to how I could update my home theater.

The gentleman reset my Logitech remote and was friendly and didn’t make me feel stupid. It was a service. Not a tangible product. It took a long time to get them on the phone.

Starr first came out to fix my set up for my smart TV. She fixed the problem right away, so when I bought Harmony remote I requested her to install it for me. She is very knowledgeable courteous prompt. Just a pleasure to have her help me. Will call the Geek squad any time she is available.

Drew and Josh from the Geek Squad did the set up of the Harmony remote and did a great job. After they were done programing the remote the made sure I knew how to operate it and answered all my question.

The Geek Squad representative arrived in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and prompt in programming a remote to work with various audio and video components. He successfully completed the task and answered questions.

The remote stopped working, my Geeks came out to fix and found out that I was using inferior batteries. Who knew? So we popped in some Duracels and boom! it worked again. They didn't even charge me the $99 since he was here for (seriously) 2 minutes...Thanks guys!

I signed up for the yearly Geek Squad service contract and it is the best thing that I ever did. They are just a call away for anything and have experts in all fields. The only cost to me is $50.00 per visit instead of costs of over $100.00

I was impressed with the prompt time, 2 guys came and the time spent was not very long. They programmed a remote and showed me how to use it. I think if anything could have been better, I would have asked some more questions and learned more about the different options on the remote. It was a harmony.

The agent verified the issue with me then fixed the problem by programing a new TV remote. He explained how to operate the remote and asked if I had any further questions. My issue was solved.

The original window of arrival by the Geek Squad was from 12:00 to 8:00. On the day of the appointment, the Geek Squad contacted me twice to update the approximate time they would arrive. On arrival, the two techs removed their footwear when they entered the house. The techs went right to work on programming a Harmony Remote I purchased and within a short period of time the programming was complete. I checked out the various programming applications and the techs asked if I had any questions as I proceeded in testing the remote. I was completely satisfied in how the remote worked. The techs were very professional in completing their work. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for any installation that is needed.

I purchased this for my husband that has a vision problem... with the many remotes with small numbers it was problematic. This simple to use remote helps tremendously! Robb from Geek Sqaud programmed it and explained everything, a great, knowledgeable technician! Very happy!

Ordered a new Harmony and paid for installation. Apparently it was defective, sent back, go another new one then installation. Every body was great but getting it done seemed to take forever. It’s working great!

It's a wonderful thing to be able to control all our tv electronics in one remote. We went from 3 to one. Love the way the remote vibrates when we change the channels so you know you have touched a number.
