Joe was very skilled and efficient at programming my Elite Harmony system.. Multiple others had tried at various times but he was first to have knowledge and experience. Plus he is very easy to work with and customer oriented.

Geek Squad was able to set up my LOGITECH remote control both easily and at a reasonable price. I paid a king's ransom from a major TV installation "expert" who was unable to complete the job after 3 days of attempt and many hundreds of dollars.

The tech was very knowledgeable and programed my Harmony TV remote control to my satisfaction. He took time to teach me how to use the new remote before leaving for his next appointment.

While I could have programmed the remote myself, it was GREAT to not have to think about it. They just asked me about my intended behaviors and the Geek Squad took care of the rest. Saved me hours of time and everything just works.

Geek Squad came to my home and effectively programmed the new Logitech remote control. After, he took the time to educate my wife and me to successfully use the new instrument. All of our questions were answered by the time he left.

Had an older Harmony universal remote which had not been used in about six years. Jay from the Geek Squad arrived on time and very efficiently took care of the installation. He answered all my questions. Money well spent and I would highly recommend based on my experience.

The BEST thing about these guys is, they want it to work perfectly for you. When I had a problem, 1 call and they came back and fixed it up for me and made sure it was running smoothly before they left. Polite, clean, and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more.

If zero stars were offered, that is how I would have rated the service. Aside from a pleasant experience scheduling the service, everything went downhill from there. The tech called the night before arriving to inform me that if a computer were required to set up programming, it would have to be my computer, as his was locked down. When he showed up, he entered with snow-covered boots and tracked melting snow all over my just-finished hardwood floors. The entire service was looking at my Logitech remote, attempting a soft reset, and declaring it needed replacement. The technician did not try any of the suggested fixes listed on Logitech's website at a minimum. Totally wasted my money that I would have instead spent on a product from your company, versus a totally inferior service.

This is an excellent remote. We had Best Buy come out and program. Sammy did it and he's exceptional. He showed my husband how to use it and it works great. Love our Best Buy at Willowbrook.

The Geek squad has always done a great job, they have little staff turnover and I get someone who is very experienced. In this case, they could only do what the remote was capable of, but it was better than before they got here.

Tech did a great job. Arrived early and was very efficient. She did the exact jobs we wanted done and then answered a my questions. Made our system much easier to operate and it performs at max performance possible. Thanks so much.

Xfinity changed me to X-One so my universal remote no longer worked. William came to me and fixed the universal remote, explained how X-One works so I could follow it and changed how I get to my apps so that I could access Netflix, etc easier. He was awesome and quick.

Had a problem that was operator (me) error with our home TV Center. After a number of failed recovery/reset attempts, Geek Squad was scheduled to fix the problem. Chad showed up on time, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful.
