can't say enough good about the service and excellent attitude of the two Geek Squad technicians that performed our TV installation and remote control programming.

We have used the Geek Squad to install whatever technological products we buy. The set-up of this universal remote was efficient and cost effective. The GS installer was patient as he gave us a tutorial on our new 'toy'.

The agent programmed the elite with all my components. Set up my accounts on the apps. Explain how to login to make adjustments if needed. Set up the hub.

Never have I had a more knowledgeable technician. He was quick, courteous, efficient, and could not have been more helpful. The remote has never worked this well. This young man is a definite KEEPER for Best Buy's Geek Squad.

Staff reset universal remote control quickly. Only issue is that my request to receive a Vulcan Mind Meld to impart superior knowledge, experience and abilities was declined.

Agent programed our Harmony remote to control all our devices. He did a great job in doing so. Was very knowledgeable.

The programming of my Harmony remote hadn't kept up with new equipment purchases. It took the QS waaay less time to make the changes than it would have taken me...and it worked the first time!

initally, the geek squad set up the magnolia system and typed out specific instructions on how to operate each unit. However, they failed to hook up the antenna to the tuner and i have not been able to listen to the radio on FM until yesterday. After much pleading , being on hold 20plus minutes, hung up on a couple times, ignored by the manager of the geek squad (Sander) in person. writing to corporate. I finally got an antenna no charge, installed no charge. The geek squad have always been very nice, respectful; cannot expound on thoroughness.

First agent that set up Harmony was good. After two months I was having problems with the remote and had to have the Geed Squad come back. They told me there would be no charge for the home visit. WRONG. They charged me another $50 for a house call. This agent made changes from the first agent and I have had problems with the remote every day since second agent left. Sorry I ever bought this remote. Great when it works though. To call and make a complaint is just useless.

The agents arrived on time, were very professional, and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly.

If zero stars were offered, that is how I would have rated the service. Aside from a pleasant experience scheduling the service, everything went downhill from there. The tech called the night before arriving to inform me that if a computer were required to set up programming, it would have to be my computer, as his was locked down. When he showed up, he entered with snow-covered boots and tracked melting snow all over my just-finished hardwood floors. The entire service was looking at my Logitech remote, attempting a soft reset, and declaring it needed replacement. The technician did not try any of the suggested fixes listed on Logitech's website at a minimum. Totally wasted my money that I would have instead spent on a product from your company, versus a totally inferior service.

We had recently moved to western PA and could not get the remote to 'sync' with our equipment. The gentlemen came out on time and had the remote working with all of our equipment in no time!! Thank You!!

The Geeksquad package deal is fantastic! I had son many small and large issues corrected by my Geeksquad professional! I am very pleased with the knowledge and know how of these guys.

They programed my new logitech remote to exactly match the one I was replacing. It did take a couple tries but my entertainment system is very complex.

The Geek Squad agent made sure both remotes worked for the new TV and showed us how to operate each one.

This remote replaced 6 different remotes i was using for my flatscreen, surround-sound, bluray, and stereo system. It was getting hard to keep track of which remote do I use for which item. this remote works ALL with one remote. love that

Unit is easy to use if set up correctly. Seemed to work fine while installers were here. Unit is over 7 years old, and we had no problems until we changed tv's and had it reprogrammed. Geek Squad will be coming out to fix the problems.

The agents revised the existing set up of our TV and the various remotes we have. They were able to have one remote that controls everything.
