Geek Squad Agents did a great job of reprogramming our Logitech Harmony Blaster Remote for our new Sony TV and SONOS Sound Bar. This probably saved $300 over buying new.

The Geek Squad agents that came to program my remote which they brought with them. I purchase the remote which turned out to very good except the Geek Squad agents were totally ignorant of what they were supposed to do. I will say they have knowledge of programing some but not all what I expected from them . They were saying that it is the receiver of which I purchased from BEST BUY!!@@@ not too long ago that's bad. The reviewer's name is ONKYO, your produc!!!!. But it's not the Receiver that's bad, they are the expert agents of the GEEK SQUAD that's bad. I will tell you a secret. My son who has been listening in his room fixed it. Now I can watch TV and Movies. The GS could not fix it my son did it in 5 minutes. I paid close to $400 which included the new remote which cost $99 plus. The rest, I should get a credit back. I would give the GS 1 star. That's it. You should hire my son but he has a good job. I am not teling your agents what my son did. It only took him 2 minutes.

Had Geek Squad program my new Harmony universal remote. Zack was the technician and he was fantastic. Made sure the remote was set up to do exactly what I wanted. I love this remote.

We are very happy with the ease of turning any part of our home theater on and off. Robert Clark of the Geek Squad programmed our Harmony remote so well that everything comes on just as we would hope.

I have an equipment closet that holds all the equipment for the house electronics. I had trouble with the Harmony turning on multiple rooms with one Harmony. Although it only took the technician about 45 minutes to do his analysis of the equipment and problem, I had spent many more hours "trying to do the same". With the Total Tech Program, it made the cost an easy decision. As usual, the tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and left me very happy with my service...and they always leave their number to call them direct in case you have any issues ort question once they leave!
