As always the Geek Squad came through and reprogrammed my remote after my purchase of a new TV. These geeks rock!!

The unit provides the functionality to easy work various TV devices.

Both men were careful in setting up the Harmony wand. They answered all questions and set up all devises as needed.

My Geek Squad professional was determined to get our Harmony Remote synced and working

I programmed many features of the remote, but asked Geek Squad to come out to check my attempt and, more importantly, show me how to use all the features. They came and did just that. The info in the Harmony documentation is sketchy at best. The main feature of this was training. All activities I desired were programmed into the device. They showed me some short cuts and simplified the steps to start and end my activities. “Good job” to these guys.

Great guy came to my home and hooked up my Logitech remote. Explained it to me and sat while I tried all of the functions. Highly recommend the Geek Squad.

Everyone who has more than one component should consider buying a Logitech remote. User friendly and eliminates having to use multiple different remotes. Even my husband can use it!!

Replaced the exact same Logitech universal remote control. Very happy with this model. The installer was efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, & personable.

I’ve had a harmony universal remote for about 15 years and love it. Figured it was time for a new one. Concept is great. But the new one has too many buttons and features. Buttons and controls are very small and close together. Hard for bigger hands. The screen is very small too which makes it hard to see without glasses. My biggest concern is that if I want to change out any of my equipment, I’ll have to pay geek squad to come back and reprogram it since I am not good at that stuff. Last one held up so I’m hoping this one will too.
