I finally had to have the Geek Squad come and set up the Harmony remote! These guys were just excellent and ultimately, I'm very happy with the product.

I have a logitech harmony 900 and it's about 3 years old. I didn't feel this technology is very dated but there have been at least 2 newer versions released to my knowledge. The Geek Squad agent had multiple issues getting the programing to execute and sync properly. It wasn't on his end, it seemed to be more of the software issues from the vendor. I had a follow up appointment yesterday at no charge to check in and ensure it's working properly. The impressive aspect was the determination, patience, and time spent to get it working properly. Thank you Geek Squad.
