I went in the store to schedule my appointment- the team there were able to work together to get what I needed scheduled. The team that came out worked well together to accomplish my needs. Great Job Geek Squad!

I had to make 2 appts to have universal remote re-programmed. Each appt I explained my schedule, and each time I was placed at the end of the morning route, which would have made me late to work. Once the service occurred, it was quick and efficient. We love the surround sound, but any time there is a change in cable service, we will have to call Best Buy Geek Squad for re-programming. It would be nice to be able to do that remotely or on our own. Also, we thought that since we were Elite members, that service calls would have been covered.

James and Gerry (set up Harmony Elite) are gentlemen and represent Best Buy well. We have been struggling to get Harmony Elite figured out, but we're catching on. The unit still does not shut Denon receiver off, would like this corrected.
Would like James to trouble shoot/correct, he is knowledgeable, since previous service rep Leon (contracred by Best Buy) was a complete disaster.

I bought this service to program and learn how to use the additional features of the remote control that had come with the TV. However, this service was designed to set up an optional - additional - remote control that I could have bought, but had not . The person who came out was nice, but there was nothing he could do for me. Since the service call was based upon a misunderstanding, Best Buy did refund my money.

Agent set up in easily and I didn't have to think about it, but now that I saw what he did with Harmony app I think I could have done easily enough. He saved me plenty of time as he knew all the right choices to make so certainly was convenient. The Geek Squad projector and components install was priceless as they brought four guys out and had everything installed in like an hour. That would have taken me forever.
