Setup went very smoothly, then after the visit our new remote had an unexpected reset to training mode. Everyone was very helpful, I was able to talking to the original installer who got things working over the phone, and he even called back a few days later just to check in and make sure everything was still working as it should. Highly recommended, excellent service! Thank you!

Austin was our geek who was so patient and thorough working with an old TV and a new remote and sound bar. He explained the process and worked with me to understand how to use the new remote. Setting upthe appointment the first time took 1.5 hours. when they missed the appointment due to a communication instruction prior to the appointment it took 2 hours to set up the second appointment. The appointment went fine. The Geek Squad techs where great but given the scheduling difficulty I would never use the Geek Sqaud again

The Geek Squad rep, Dave, did all of the set-up for my Logitech Harmony 665 remote, linking it to my TV, DVD and BlueRay DVD. He carefully explained how to use the move and called with a follow-up explanation when I contacted Geek Squad about a problem. Turns out I was not waiting for the system to take action before moving the remote from pointing at the TV/cable box. I really appreciate him reaching out to me to fix the problem - my actions.
