My new Tv, UHD Player , and receiver were set on my remote along with the activities without any problems.

Love having a single remote control for all devices. Geek squad technician did a great install and it works fine.

They made some changes that I am still getting use to but overall even though it took awhile all adjusted and looks good. They would serve the company better if everyone stayed on the same page. First time I had it adjusted it was fine when a different person came out and did this adjustment put down the job done by the first person. Both did a good job and they should always support each other.

The Geek Squad has ALWAYS provided great service to me and when they said that the would be there. USE THEM.

Agent sat with our preferred Logitech remote. In the end , the keypad didn’t work. He was honest and attentive and disappointed that ot didn’t work , as were we.
