The agent who came here to install our Harmony remote was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me clear instructions on how to use it. He also answered a lot of my silly questions about our new tv even though that was not his purpose in coming. Even though we were the last customer of the Saturday he didn’t try to rush through the call. Wish I could remember his name but he was the best!

As part of a half day of system installs (Harmony Hub, Sonos, TV, etc.) the Geek Squad member came to the house and took care of everything. The Harmony Hub was recommended to us by an In-Home Advisor to integrate our televisions with Alexa voice control. The technician knew what they were doing and set up everything and taught us how to handle it all. Well worth the money to have the install done by a Pro. Great experience.

We have used the geek squad for many years. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They even had covers for their shoes when they came in ! They clean up after themselves and are very thoruogh about explaining all the features before leaving. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the newly installed products before leaving. They gaave us their card with reassurance that they were available to answer any qustions we might have in the future.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. What happened to the Best Buy that I remember? Not once but twice they were a no show for a new home theater remote and programming service. The window is 7 to 7. Last Wednesday was cancelled cuz they scheduled geek squad instead of the specialized home theater people. Never bothered to let me know it was cancelled. Today I called at 9 am to get a closer ETA. Never got one. Then at 6:45 pm today the home theater company called me to tell me Best Buy screwed up again (something about not getting them the remote ) and they had to cancel. And waited almost 12 hours to tell me. I am so done with Best Buy.

He made sure everything worked correctly. Even things on the remote I don't use!
