The agent who came here to install our Harmony remote was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me clear instructions on how to use it. He also answered a lot of my silly questions about our new tv even though that was not his purpose in coming. Even though we were the last customer of the Saturday he didn’t try to rush through the call. Wish I could remember his name but he was the best!

I purchased the LogicTech Harmony remotes in the past and returned them because I had trouble programming them. The Geek Squad agents knew not only how to set them up but how to explain how they can be used effectively. Now I love these remotes. I have one in my family room and another in my game/music room. The agents did a great job.

The installers were fantastic. However, I cannot remember everything they showed me. The web site does not have anything but the basic installation, hookup instructions - NOT how to do everything. My husband died. He controlled the remotes (TV, record, schedule recordings, etc. DVDs, CDs, Roku, surround sound). I have no previous or intuitive knowledge of how to do everything. Find someone's grandmother and write instructions even she can understand and you will meet everyone's needs.!

The installation service for the receiver I had bought was initially mishandled and required my going to the store to complain. Store staff quickly straightened the merchandise and scheduling issues and two days later the installation and reprogramming of my Logitech remote was accomplished by Ted of the Geek Squad who made sure everything was working to my satisfaction. Initial disappointment but eventually complete satisfaction.
