The Geek Squad Team who came to myself did a fantastic job. I would have them back again, any time - they were well worth the price - which was very reasonable for all the work they did. They swapped out and reconnected my receiver, replaced a defective (behind the wall) HDMI cable, and reprogrammed the harmony remote - all perfectly and efficiently done and hooked up 2 new streaming devices and showed me how to use them. JOB WELL DONE, GUYS!!!!

The guys were on time, clean (wore booties), knowledgable, and setup the TV and Logitech remote just the way we wanted it done. They took the carton and packing materials from the new TV and even the old TV. They were polite and asked for our input and how they could help. They did the job in much less time than I could have and eliminated all the hassle. It was a great service. I have used them before and I will use them again.

The geek squad member that did our installation was thorough, and very meticulous to detail. I wish I had them for the installation of my other systems. He did a great job explaining how to use our new harmony remotes and was patient and did not let us rush him through the explanations. Everything is so much more organized and it all works with one click. Also he did not try up-selling us on anything which is a pleasant and welcome surprise.

I really like the Harmony remote device ,the only recommendation I would make to the company is that they provide directions for many possible lapses that could occur. The Geek Squad techs are the best and can fix any mishaps,but i should not have to keep paying for service calls when if it came with clear instructions about what to do if:i.e.,occurs,if the the techs are aware of FAQ's,why isn't the consumer told? The Geek Squad was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They called to let me know they were on their way and arrived with smiles on their face. Asked for details about placement of TV on the wall and went to work mounting TV, programming rote, and answered all our questions.
