Installer took care of updating my Harmony remote control commands. Worked to perfection!

Did basic programming of all devices with harmony.Good price for add on.

The agents were on time and polite. Their reprogramming worked well except that a few weeks later I began to have trouble turning off the TV. I now use the Sony remote to do that.

Had one before this one,works great.So nice not to have 4 or5 remotes on the table.

We usually use Geek Squad for delivery and install of large screen TV's and did so for our 65"HD TV. We also had purchased a new receiver and we have a Bluray player as well as an IPod cradle for a home multiroom speaker system. All equipment needed to be connected and our Harmony IR remote programmed. Geek squad was wonderful working quickly and efficiently to get everything working properly.

Well worth the cost of this service. The tech took his time to make sure questions were answered

They got my remote all set up for my Tv, Bluray player, and sound system.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my system. Agent took the time to replace a cable that had been cobbled together causing picture issues so we have the best picture the new TV provides.

All of my question were answered and my product is working great

As usual, the Geek Squad crew did an outstanding job on this install. I messed the remote control up a few days after the installation. They came back out and gave us a lesson on the use of it, Since then, we are pretty happy. It does take some time to get use to how long it takes to change something, but as we were explained to about that, the whole system goes through a lot of actions. We are happy

The agent was punctual, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with him and he patiently went over every aspect of the remote. Took Geek squad (1 person) 4 hours the 1st day and they had to return with 2 additional perople for another hour the 2nd day. Still NOT working as well as it should, always having to hit "Help"..NOT seamless..This is my 4th remote in over 25 years and this is definately the most challenging. Geek squad all responsive, but I don't have this kind of time!
