As usual, the Geek Squad crew did an outstanding job on this install. I messed the remote control up a few days after the installation. They came back out and gave us a lesson on the use of it, Since then, we are pretty happy. It does take some time to get use to how long it takes to change something, but as we were explained to about that, the whole system goes through a lot of actions. We are happy

Harmony remote that I bought from Best Buy back in 2014, and had Geek Squad set up as part of my surround sound back in Indiana. Fast forward over eight years, and Geek Squad reprogrammed it for my new surround sound ... and it works great!

Took Geek squad (1 person) 4 hours the 1st day and they had to return with 2 additional perople for another hour the 2nd day. Still NOT working as well as it should, always having to hit "Help"..NOT seamless..This is my 4th remote in over 25 years and this is definately the most challenging. Geek squad all responsive, but I don't have this kind of time!

The first technician arrived and did most of the programming as expected. He then told us he would be back next day to add programming for missing components next day and gave us a window. He never arrived. We were left waiting when we should have been elsewhere. NOT GOOD. We had to call and rebook which took additional days and TIME. The issue finally resolved by second tech.

At the time of installation of Smart TV, blu ray player and sound bar, we learned of the Harmony remote that would control all 3 devices. No need for individual remotes. The Geek Squad technician set it all up for us and showed us how to use it. He was very patient with us as we wrote down key information. He made sure that we understood how to use and answered any questions diligently. Great service.
