Not performed or checked as agent ensured that tv and sound bar would work with the ATT remote once I hooked up my box (wasn't available at time of install. Said I had a logitec 665 but was not reviewed during setup. TV mount was good except for the continuous reminders that I should have bought a BB mount instead of amazon. They did mount and balance the tv which is what I needed, it being 65 pounds and hard for a 1 person balancing act. The One Connect box on the back was a issue; however, with a little brainstorming we were able to overcome the deficiency of my mount. Remote start still required multiple controllers until I reprogrammed my 665.

We already had a Harmony but needed to have an update based on all the new installations that were being made to our entertainment system.
We love the Harmony and have used one for about 12 years now. It's great not having many remotes (one for each piece of equipment or cable company). Would recommend the Harmony to everyone with many pieces of equipment!!

These installers are very serious about their work. When I noticed that something did not work properly after their departure, I contacted one of the installers (that had left me his number in case of questions) and he remotely fixed the issue on a Sunday afternoon. He returned my call on his off-time. IMPRESSIVE!!!

Do not hesitate to have the Geek Squad program your Harmony 650 remote control!! They are experts and they know what they are doing!! It is worth every penny!! They will program your remote for you and make sure everything is working correctly for you. They will make sure you are completely satisfied and know how to work your remote before they leave.

If you have multiple devices that work together, then this remote is great. Unfortunately it can be quite trying to set up properly to get all that it has to offer. Enter geek squad at BestBuy! For $99 they will come to your home and go through every step to get it working and then answer all your questions while showing you how to use it.

Agent programed to Spectrum Remote. Dud a good job. He disconnected 2 VHS players, said power surge could cause my TV to break. Waiting for him to come back to reconnect.

Two knowledgeable techs worked well as a team to install three new tvs and work with some existing components.
It would be nice if the remotes came with printed directions so we could refer to them afterwards. It is a bit confusing because they are not all the same.

Geek squad removed our old tv from the wall mount and installed the new tv in its place. They then reinstalled the old tv in a new location. Gave 4 rather than 5 stars because of the problems in scheduling the service call.
